Claims (5)

  1. 열교환 튜브(64)내에 삽입되어지는 외부(관형) 카버(22)내에는 유도코일(24)가 배치되는데, 상기한 유도코일(24)는 나선형으로 감겨진 나선부와 이 나선부(중심)을 통과하는 직선부로 되어 있으며 이 유도코일은 동력공급기와 연결되어 있는 가열장치에 있어서, 상기한 유도코일(24)는 튜브(전도체)로 되어 있어서 그 내부로는 냉각유체가 순환하도록 되어 있고, 아울러 유도코일(24)내에는 (직선부)립(54)가제공된 광섬유 케이블(52)가 들어 있고, 외부(관형)카버(22)에는 팁(54) 부근에 창구(60)이 형성되어 있어서 상기한 열교환 튜브(64)의 온도에 따라 발생한 빛이 광섬유 케이블을 따라 팁부분에 도달하여서 창구를 통해 발산할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 유도코일(24)내에 배치된 광섬유 케이블(52)의 팁부분이 45°의 면으로 창구(60)쪽을 향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
  3. 제1항이나 2항에 있어서, 상기한 유도코일(24)의 나선부가 5-25회 감기는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
  4. 제1항과 2항 또는 3항에 있어서 상기한 광섬위 케이블(52)가 단일(한가닥)석영 케이블로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
  5. 제1항에서 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열교환 튜브(64)의 온도를 결정하기 위해서 상기한 광섬유케이블(52)에 두 개의 고온계(pyrometer)가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
