제1도는 종래의 건조법으로 형성된 색조 음극선관의 형광면의 단면도. 제2도는 본 발명에 의한 색조 음국선관의 형광면 형성공정을 나타내는 설명도.
Claims (2)
- 면판상에 광저항막을 형성하고 이 저항막을 마스크를 개재하여 노출하는 공정과, 미노출부를 현상해서 저항패턴을 형성하는 공정과 형공체를 분산시킨 현탁액을 상기 저항패턴을 형성한 면판상의 전면에 도포하고, 건조하므로써 형광체를 저항패턴 상에 부착시키는 공정과, 세정에 의해 저항패턴에 부착되는 것이외의 형광체를 제거해서 형광체 패턴을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광면 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광저항 중에 이 저항과 대응하는 형광체의 발광 스펙트럼과 같은 색의 안료를 혼입해서 형광체층과 면판 사이에 안료층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광면 형성방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
