Claims (4)

  1. 유체를 안내하는 유체통로(30)이 있는 밸브몸체(14)와 밸브몸체(14)를 이루고 보넷캐비티(34)를 구성하는 보넷(12)와 보넷(34)에 있는 밸브디스크(32)를 작동하는 대로 유체통로(30)의 개폐를 조정할 수 있는 압력릴리이프 장치가 있는 게이트 밸브에 있어서, 유체통로(30)에서 유체를 통과시키는 밸브디스크(32)의 제1구멍과 제2구멍, 보넷캐비티(34)와 유체통로(30)에서의 제2구멍으로 부터 제1구멍 부분이 비워지는 동안 유체통로(30)의 제1구멍과 보넷캐비티(34)사이에서 유체를 선택적으로 통과하게 하여서 보넷캐비티(34)에 과대 압력이 걸리지 않게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 게이트밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보넷캐비티에서 밸브디스크(32)에 유체전달 통로가 되는 제1구멍(40)을 포함하고 상기한 밸브디스크(32)에 있는 제2구멍을 포함하고 유체통로(30)에서 밸브 디스크(32)의 제1구멍과 제2구멍까지 연장된 밸브디스크(32)를 포함하며; 유체가 보넷캐비티(34)와 유체통로의 제1구멍을 통과하는 동안 제1구멍에서 부터 유체통로(30)에서 제2구멍을 비우기 위하여 제2구멍에 미끄러지도록 설치된 밸브부재(44)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 게이트밸브.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 보넷캐비티(34)와 상기한 제1구멍(40)사이에 유체를 전달통로를 제공하는 밸브몸체(14)에서 통로(38)을 포함하면서 상기한 압력릴리이프 장치(36)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 게이트밸브.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 밸브부재(44)가 유체가 제2구멍(42)외의 다른 부분들을 통과하는 동안 상기한 제2구멍의 한쪽부분을 비울 수 있는 아령모양인 것을 특징으로 하는 게이트 밸브.
