Claims (4)
- 양측에 관로가 일체로 형성되는 밸브몸체와, 유량조절을 위해 상기 밸브몸체의 내측에 승강 가능하게 설치되며 너클 설치를 위해 지지부가 일체로 형성되는 디스크와, 밸브몸체의 내측에 수직으로 관통 설치되며 상기 관로를 개폐하기 위해 상기 디스크의 지지부에 삽입된 너클에 체결되는 스핀들과, 상기 밸브몸체의 상부에 결합되는 보닛커버를 포함하는 제수밸브에 있어서,
상기 디스크의 양측면에 슬라이딩홈이 형성되고, 상기 슬라이딩홈이 형성된 디스크가 슬라이딩되도록 상기 보닛커버에 관통하여 상기 밸브몸체에 고정되는 지지봉을 포함하며,
상기 디스크의 하단부에는 상기 밸브몸체의 하단부에 형성된 요홈에 축적된 이물질을 절단하면서 압착하도록 하는 복수의 슬롯홈이 형성된 압착부를 형성하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제수밸브.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 디스크에는 개폐시에 발생되는 캐비테이션을 최소화하도록 하는 캐비테이션 방지수단이 설치되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제수밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 캐비테이션 방지수단은,
상기 디스크에 유체흐름 방향으로 적어도 하나 이상으로 경사지게 관통형성된 유체유동공에서 관로의 개폐에 따라 좌우로 이동되는 볼체와,
상기 볼체를 상기 유체유동공에서 이탈을 방지하도록 중앙이 관통된 체결판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제수밸브.
