제1도는 본 발명의 첫번째 실시예인 회전식 열 교환기의 종단면도이고, 제5도는 본 발명의 두번째 실시예인 회전식 열교환기의 종단면도이고, 제6도는 제5도의 선6-6을 따라 절취한 단면도.

Claims (23)

  1. 분체가 한 방향으로 드럼을 통과하며, 열전달 매체는 드럼이 회전함에 따라 열전달관계를 이루며 반대방향으로 드럼을 통과하도록 되어 있는 연속적으로 회전하는 실린더형 드럼내에서 미리설정해 놓은 온도로 예열되어있으며, 분체보다 입자크기가 큰 열 전달매체와 직접 접촉시켜 분체를 건조 또는 가열시키는데 열 전달 매체가 드럼의 전길이로 연장되어 있는 드럼내부의 나선형 통로를 따라 이동하며, 분체는 반복적으로 드럼의 한방향으로 흐르는 열 전달 매체와 직접 접촉하게 되며, 분체는 자유롭게 통과시키 나, 열 전달 매체는 드럼의 반대 방향으로 빠져나가지 않도록 되어있는 개구부를 통해 분체와 열 전달 매체를 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체의 가열방법.
  2. 분체가 전 길이에 걸쳐 연장되어 있는 내부의 나선형 통로를 따라 이동되는 것이 특징인 청구범위 제1항에 따른 방법.
  3. 열전달 매체와 분체 모두가 전길이에 걸쳐 연장되어 있는 내부의 나선형 통로를 따라 이동되는 것이 특징인 청구범위 제1항에 따른 방법.
  4. 나선형 통로가 드럼의 내부에 부착된 나선형 날로 형성되어 있는 것이 특징인 청구범위 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 방법.
  5. 나선형 통로가 드럼의 내부에 부착된 나선형 날로 형성되며, 나선형 날은 서로 반대 방향으로 커브되어 있어 분체와 열전달 매체가 반대방향으로 흐르도록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제3항에 따른 방법.
  6. 드럼의 내부에 부착된 나선형 날에 제공되어 있는 개구부를 통해 분체가 열 전달 매체로 부터 분리되는 것이 특징인 청구범 위1제항에 따른 방법.
  7. 분체와 열전달매체의 입자크기를 달리하므로써 분체와 열전달 매체가 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 방법.
  8. 드럼내에서 동심원 관계를 이루며, 환형 공간을 형성하는 내부드럼에 설치된 개구부를 통해 열 전달 매치로 부터 분체가 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1,2 및 3형에 따른 방법.
  9. 열 전달 매체는 내부 드럼의 한 방향으로 흐르며 분체는 환경 공간의 반대쪽으로 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제8항에 따른 방법.
  10. 열 전달 매체가 내부 드럼의 나선형 통로를 따라 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제9항에 따른 방법.
  11. 분체가 환경 공간내의 나선형 통로를 따라 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제9항에 따른 방법.
  12. 드럼이 수평에 대해 경사진 축을 따라 회전가능토록 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 방법.
  13. 분체로서 유리형성제, 시멘트 형성제, 석탄분, 핏치, 석유잔유물, 혈암, 점토 및 진흙등을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 방법.
  14. 열 전달매체로서 Al2O3, Al2O3·MgO, 3Al2O3·2SiO 및 2MgO·2Al2O3·5SiO2등으로 이루어진 쎄라믹볼을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 방법.
  15. 회전식 실린더형 드럼, 미리 설정해놓은 고온르로 예열시킨 열전달 매체로 드럼의 한 단부로 이동시키는 콘베이어, 분체로 를드럼의 다른 단부로 이동시키는 콘베이어, 드럼의 단부로 부터 장입된 열전달매체의 반대쪽 단부까지 열전달이 이루어진 다음 열 전달 매체를 배출시키는 도관, 및 드럼의 단부에서 장입된 분체의 반대쪽 단부까지 열 전달이 이루어진 다음 분체를 배출시키는 도관등을 포함하며 나선형 날이 드럼의 전길이에 걸쳐 연장되어 있는 측벽을 따라 드럼 내부에 부착되어 열전달 매체가 날의 나선형통로를 따라 움직이는 드럼을지나 한 방향으로 흘러서 다른 방향으로 흐르는 분체와 직접 접촉하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 전달 매체를 이용하여 분체를 가열시키는 장치.
  16. 나선형 날에 일정한 크기를 갖는 복수의 개구부를 설치하여 분체는 개구부를 자유롭게 통과되나, 열 전달 매체는 개구부를 통과하지 못하도록 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제15항에 따른 장치.
  17. 나선형 날이 드럼과 통심원을 이루며 부착되어 드럼의 내부 측면과 환경 공간을 이루게 되어 있는 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제15항에 따른 방법.
  18. 나선형 날의 끝이 드럼의 하부측에 층으로서 침절된 분체의 수준 만큼의 평면에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제15항에 따른 장치.
  19. 드럼에는 전길이에 걸쳐 연장된 드럼의 내부 측벽과 동심원을 이루고 있으며 그 사이에 환형공간을 형성하는 내부 드럼이포함되고 또한 내부 드럼에 일정한 크기를 갖는 복수의 개구부를 설치하여 분체는 개구부를 자유롭게 통과하나, 열전달 매체는 개구부를 통과하지 못하도록 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제 15항에 따른 장치.
  20. 나선형 날이 환형 공간에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제19항에 따른 장치.
  21. 나선형 날이 내부 드럼의 내부에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제19항에 따른 장치.
  22. 나선형 날이 내부 드럼의 내부와 환형 공간 사이에 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제19항에 따른 장치.
  23. 나선형 날이 분체 및 열 전달 매체의 자유낙하운동을 촉진시키기 위한 승강기 및 스크랩퍼 판을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제15항에 따른 장치.
