Claims (1)
- (1)보르데텔라 브론키셉티카(Bordetella Bronchiseptica)의 균주에 변종원을 접종시켜 적어도 온도-민감성(32℃에서 증식할 수 있지만 34℃ 및 그 이상에서 증식할 수 없음) 및 우레아제 음성인 유전적 마-커를 갖는 변종균주를 얻고, 이 변종균주를 피-한천배지에서 배양하여 비교적 작은 균락으로 증식된 세포를 동정분리한 후 이 세포를 피-한천배지에서 배양하여 세포의 동정분리과정을 반복함으로서 배양물을 완전히 캡슐형 항원을 가지며 용혈성인 페이스I 유기체로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는보르데텔라 브론키셉티카감염의 예방용 생백신의 제조에 유용한 적어도 온도-민감성이며 우레아제 음성인 다수의 유전적 염색체 마-커를 가진보르데텔라 브론키셉티카의 변종균주를 제조하는 방법.(2) 제1항에 있어서 변종원이 나니트로소구아니딘과 자외선 조사의 처리의 배합임을 특징으로 하는 방법.(3) 제1항에 있어서 세포의 동정분리의 과정과 배양을 2회 또는 그 이상 반복함을 특징으로 하는 방법.(4) 제3항에 있어서 세포의 분리동정과 배양을 2회 내지 10회 반복함을 특징으로 하는 방법.(5) 제1항에 있어서보르데텔라 브론키셉티카의 출발균주가 온도-민감성을 가진 변종균주임을 특징으로 하는 방법.(6) 제1항에 있어서보르데텔라 브론키셉티카의 출발균주가 야생균주임을 특징으로 하는 방법.(7) 적어도 온도-민감성(32℃에서 증식되지만 34℃, 및 그 이상에서 증식되지 않음)의 유전적 염색체 마-커 및 우레아제 음성을 가진보르데텔라 브론키셉티카의 페이스I 균주 ts-S34.u-로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는보르데텔라 브론키셉티카감염의 예방용 생약독백신.(8) 제7항에 있어서 백신이 건조보호제와 함께 냉동건조된 형태임을 특징으로 하는 생약독백신.(9) 적어도 온도-민감성(32℃에서 증식되지만 34℃ 및 그 이상에서 증식되지 않음) 및 동물에 대해 우레아제 음성을 가진 유전적 염색체 마-커를 가진보르데텔라 브론키셉티카의 페이스I균주 ts-S34.u-로 제조된 생약독백신을 투여함을 특징으로 하는보르데텔라 브론키셉티카감염의 예방법.(10) 제9항에 있어서 생약독백신을 동물의 비강을 통해서 동물에 투여함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
