제1도는 본 발명의 제조방법 실시에 사용하는 제조장치의 구성도. 제2도의 (가)(나)(다)(라)는 본 발명의 제조방법 실시에 사용하는 텀블링 베드의 구조도.

Claims (1)

  1. 본문에서 상술하고 도면에 도시한 바와같이, 수평으로된 텀블링 배드를 회전시키면서 탄화수소 가스를 불활성가스와 혼합 주입하여, 실리콘 알로이드 아이소트로픽 파이롤리틱 카아본을 제조함에 있어서 반응실의 내부에 4개 또는 그 이상의 홈을 가공하여 입자들과 목적물질의 믹상, 텀블링 및 루빙 효과를 증진시키며, 반응실의 가스입구와 출구의 원추형 각도는 30°±5°로 하여 원추부에 석출하는 수우트의 양을 최소화하며, 텀블링 베드의 반응온도는 1,000°-1,230℃, 회전속도는 10-60R,P,M, 반응가스의 총 흐름속도를 1.G-3.01/min로 하여 반응실에 탄화수소 가스를 주입분해와 동시에 화학적 증착에 의함을 특징으로 하는 텀블링 베드에 의한 실리콘 알로이드 아이소트로픽 파이롤리틱 카아본의 제조방법.
