Claims (10)

  1. 기재로서 운모분말 10-50중량%, 충전제로서 산화마그네슘의 분말 10-50중량%, 결합재로서 붕산, 무수붕산 및 산화아연의 혼합분말 25-60중량%의 혼합물을 원료로하여 가열가압조건하에서 성형하고, 열처리한 무기질복합절연물로 구성된 소호실용 소성부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 운모분말을 20-40중량%로 함을 특징으로 하는 소호실용 소성부재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산화마그네슘의 분말을 20-40중량%로 함을 특징으로 한 소호실용 소성부재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 결합재의 혼합분말을 30-50중량%로 함을 특징으로 한 소호실용 소성부재.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 결합재의 조성비율로서 붕산을 20-60부, 무수붕산을 5-30부, 산화아연을 30-60부로 함을 특징으로 한 소호실용 소성부재.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 붕산을 30-50부, 무수붕산을 10-25부, 산화아연을 35-50부로 함을 특징으로 한 소호실용 소성부재.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성형가열온도를 170-180℃로 함을 특징으로 한 소호실용 소성부재.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 성형가압조건을 150-200㎏/㎠로 함을 특징으로 한 소호실용 소성부재.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 기재의 운모분말은 천연금운모, 천연백운모, 합성운모의 최소한가지 운모분말을 사용함을 특징으로 한 소호실용 소성부재.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 충전재의 산화마그네슘의 분말은 전용산화마그네슘, 소결산화마그네슘, 소산화마그네슘의 최소한가지의 분말을 사용함을 특징으로 한 소호실용 소성부재.
