Claims (8)
- 기포 콘크리트 슬러리를 주형내에 주입하여 응결된 후 주형으로부터 방출해서 양생시키어 경량 기포 콘크리트 판을 생산하는 방법에 있어서, 콘크리트판의 압축표면을 성형하기 위해서 주형(1)내의 가소상태로 있는 전기한 슬러리(16)의 상부면을 압압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량기포 콘크리트판의 표면을 성형하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가소상태의 전기한 슬러리(16)의 상부면에 무늬(12)를 성형하기 위하여 압압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량기포 콘크리트판의 표면을 성형하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 슬러리의 상부면 위의 콘크리트판의 표면의 질을 좋게하기 위해서 재료(14)를 산포하고, 이어서 슬러리(16)에 강력히 접착되도록 압압처리 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량기포 콘크리트판의 표면을 성형하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전기한 재료(14)는 경골재 혹은 섬유사, 안료이거나 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경량기포 콘크리트판의 표면을 성형하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전기한 압압처리후에 콘크리트판의 압축표면을 성형하기 위해 가소상태의 슬러리(16) 표면에 전기한 접착재료(14)들을 압축하는 2차 압압 처리를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량기포 콘크리트판의 표면을 성형하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전기한 2차 압압처리는 전기한 산포(14)들이 점착되어 있는 가소상태 슬러리(16)의 표면에 무늬(17)를 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량기포 콘크리트판의 표면을 성형방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 전기한 압압처리는 슬러리(16)의 응결기준치가 약 100psig 미만일때 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량기포 콘크리트판의 표면을 성형방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서 전기한 응결기준치는 약 2 내지 약 10psig 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량기포 콘크리트판의 표면을 성형방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
