알루미늄제 문의 모서리 연결구

본 고안은 알루미늄제 문 모서리의 내부에 삽입하여 문을 연결시키는 모서리 연결구의 개량에 관한 것인데, 모서리 연결구의 내부에 들어가는 보강 철판의 구조를 특이하게 하여 합성 수지제 모서리 연결구를 만들때 보강철판을 연결구의 중심부에 매설할 수 있게 한 것이다.
종래의 문모서리 연결구는 보강철판을 납짝하게 "ㄴ"자형으로 하여 금형에 있는 붙잡이 돌기로 붙잡아서 사출을 실시하도록 하므로써 연결구의 가운데 부분에 보강철판이 들어가 매립되게한 것이나, 이는 금형을 붙잡아 주는 구멍이 외부에 나타나게 되어서 외관이 좋지 않은 결점이 있었던 것이다.
본 고안은 위와같은 종래의 결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 첨부된 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 합성수지제로 되는 "ㄴ"형 문 모서리 연결구(6)의 내부에 보강철심(1)을 매설하는 공지된 모서리 연결구에 있어서 보강철판(1)을 "ㄴ"형으로 형성하되 양연결부(1')(1")의 끝을 절개(2)(2')하여 양측으로 절곡편(5)(5')을 형성하고, 모서리도 절개(3)하여 양측으로 절개편(4)(4')을 형성하고, 절곡부중심에 홈(7)을 형성한 구조이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 합성수지제 연결구(6)의 내부에 매립되는 보강철판(1)이 양단부와 모서리 부분에 양측으로 절곡되는 절개편(5)(5')(4)(4')이 있어서 금형속에 넣으면 정위치에 유지되게 되고, 사출액을 주입시키면 절개편이 사출액 속에 침투되므로 보강철판과 합성수지액과의 결착이 완벽해저서 성형후에 견고성이 향상되는 장점이 있는 매우 실용적인 고안이다.

  1. 도면에 표시한 것과 같이 합성수지제로 되는 "ㄴ"형 문모서리 연결구(6)의 내부에 보강철심(1)을 매설하는 공지된 모서리 연결구에 있어서 보강철판(1)을 "ㄴ"형으로 형성하되 양 연결부(1')(1")의 끝을 절개(2)(2')하여 양측으로 절곡편(5)(5')을 형성하고, 모서리도 절개(3)하여 양측으로 절개편(4)(4')을 형성하고, 절곡부 중심에 홈(7)을 형상한 구알루미늄제 문의 모서리 연결구.
