본 고안은 가열된 열풍을 엽연초 건조실내부로 송풍순환 시키게된 건조기에 있어서, 공기가열장치의 연소실 구조를 개량하여 농촌에서 많이 생산되는 볏짚이나 낙엽, 왕겨 또는 연탄등의 신탄(薪炭)연료와 유류연료를 다같이 사용할 수 있게하고, 버어너의 송풍기가 신탄연료 사용시에도 가동되도록하여 연소효율을 향상시키도록한 엽연초건조기의 연소실장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention is a drier which circulates the heated hot air into the leaf tobacco drying chamber, and improves the combustion chamber structure of the air heating device to produce new fuel and oil fuel such as rice straw, fallen leaves, rice hulls or briquettes produced in rural areas. 이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 유류를 연료로 사용하는 경우에는 버어너(10)만을 가동시켜 사용하게되는 것이며, 신탄을 연료로 사용하는 경우에는 신탄연소실(10)에 신탄을 넣은 다음 착화하고 버어너(10)의 급유펌프가 가동되지 않도록하며 버어너(10)의 송풍기만이 회전되도록 하여 사용하는 것으로서 이상태에서는 버어너(10)는 연소를 중지하고 버어너(10)의 송풍기만이 가등하여 로스톨(6)하방으로 부터 강력한 송풍작용이 행하여져서 신탄이 맹렬한 화력으로 연소하게되는 것이며, 건조실(1)내부의 온도가 일정온도이상 상승하게되면 온도감지기(11)에 연결된 조절스위치(12)가 단절되어 송풍작용이 중단되므로서 신탄연소실(5a)내의 신탄은 서서히 연소하면서 건조실(1)내의 급격한 온도변화를 방지하고 보온상태를 유지할 정도로 은근히 연소를 계속하다가 다시 건조실(1)내의 온도가 강하하면 조절스위치(12)가 접속되어 강제송풍이 행하여지면서 이제까지 서서히 연소되던 신탄은 맹열히 연소작용을 계속하게되는 것이다.The present invention configured as described above uses only burner 10 when using oil as fuel, and when using new coal as fuel, puts new coal in the new coal combustion chamber 10, and then ignites the burner (10). ) So that the oil supply pump of the burner is not operated and only the blower of the burner 10 is rotated.
