Claims (12)
- 어떤 리모우트 장치들이 신호 중계기(37)인 다수의 리모우트 장치들(37,63)과, 적어도 리모우트 장치들중 1개로 향하는 송신 신호를 주는 장치(1)와, 다수의 상호 연결된 3상 전력선 컨덕터(11,12,13)를 포함하는 통신 시스템으로서, 제1장치들(15,16,17)은 각 상 컨덕터가 동일한 상 송신 신호를 전송하는 그러한 송신 신호를 주기 위한 장치에 어떤 3상 컨덕터들을 독립하여 연결하고, 제2장치들(43, 44, 45 또는 66,69)가 각 신호 중계기들에 적어도 2개씩 3상 컨덕터들을 독립적으로 연결하고, 각 신호 중계기들은 결합된 신호들에 응하여 복합신호를 생산하고 반응하는 장치를 포함하고, 제3장치가 각 다른 리모우트 장치들에 적어도 1개의 3상 컨덕터를 독립적으로 연결(43, 44, 45 또는 69)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3상 전력배전망에 대한 통신 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합신호가 어떤 수신된 신호에서 신호대 잡음비를 비교하여 개량된 신호대 잡음비를 갖는 특징을 지닌 통신 시스템.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 독립적으로 결합하기 위한 제2장치가 각 신호 중계기들이 3개의 결합된 신호들을 받는 그러한 각 신호 중계기에 각 3상 컨덕터들을 결합하기 위한 장치를 포함하는 특징을 지닌 통신 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 복합신호에 반응하는 장치가 입력통신 신호(47)를 생산하기 위한 장치와 복합신호를 송신하기 위한 장치(49)를 포함하고, 독립하여 결합하기 위한 장치가 각상 컨덕터가 동일한 복합신호를 전송하는 그러한 송신장치에 3상 컨덕터들을 결합하는 특징을 지닌 통신 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 복합신호 발생장치는 복합신호의 신호대 잡음비가 3개의 결합된 신호들의 최상의 신호대 잡음비와 적어도 같은 그러한 최상의 신호대 잡음비를 갖는 3개의 결합된 신호들의 부분을 결합하는 장치를 포함하는 특징을 지닌 통신 시스템.
- 제1 또는 5항에 있어서, 다수의 리모우트 장치들이 수용가 그룹을 수용하기 위하여 수용가에 위치한 부하관리 장치를 포함하는 특징을 지닌 통신 시스템.
- 제1,5 또는 6항에 있어서, 다수의 리모우트장치들이 수용가 그룹을 수용하기 위하여 수용가에서 떨어져 있는 부하관리 장치를 포함하는 특징을 지닌 통신 시스템.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 중성선(24)을 포함하고, 3상 전력선 컨덕터들중의 하나와 중성선 사이에 연결되고 적어도 1리모우트 장치를 각각 수용하는 다수의 변압기(54)들을 포함하는 통신 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 각 변압기들이 중앙 탭 2차권선(58)을 가지고 있고, 독립하여 결합하기 위한 제3장치가 2차리이드와 중앙탭 사이에 적어도 1개의 리모우트 장치를 독립하여 결합하기 위한 제4장치(66)를 포함하며, 다른 2차리이드와 중앙탭 사이에 적어도 1개의 리모우트 장치를 독립하여 결합하기 위한 제5장치(69)를 포함하는 특징을 지닌 통신 시스템.
- 제8 또는 9항에 있어서, 각 리모우트 장치들이 독자적으로 결합하기 위한 제4 및 5장치에 응하여, 개량된 신호대 잡음비를 가진 복합신호를 발생하기 위한 장치(73)를 포함하는 특징을 지닌 통신 시스템.
- 제8,9 또는 10항에 있어서, 각 리모우트 장치가 인입 통신 신호를 생산하기 위한 장치(71)를 포함하고 인입 통신 신호를 송신하기 위한 장치(74)를 포함하는 특징을 지닌 통신 시스템.
- 제1,2 또는 11항에 있어서, 송신신호를 주는 장치가 결합된 신호들에 응하여 개량된 신호대 잡음비를 가지는 복합신호를 발생하는 장치(3)를 포함하는 통신 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
