Claims (10)

  1. 이동하는 웨브의 표면을 피복시키기 위한 에어나이프식 피복기에 있어서, 피복지역을 통과하는 웨브를 지지하는 웨브지지 캐리어와, 웨브에 피복제를 피복시키는 수단과, 상기 피복수단에 의해 피복재층이 피복된 웨브쪽으로 향하는 공기틈새를 사이에 형성하는 제1, 제2립을 구비한 피복재 처리용 에어나이프 수단과, 제1립을 제2립과 함께 정확한 틈새를 형성하게 되는 제1위치와 단연부를 세척할 수 있게 상기 틈새를 크게 개방시키도록 제2립으로부터 멀리 피복이동하게 되는 제2위치 사이에서 이동시킬 수 있도록 장착시킨 피복지지체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어나이프식 피복기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1립을 상기 제1위치와 제2위치사이에서 이동시키기 위한 힘작용수단을 제공하는 작동암이 제1립에 결속된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어나이프식 피복기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기암이 상기 공기틈 새의 폭을 제어하도록 조정가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어나이프식 피복기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복지지체가 제1립에 대해 평행하게 연장되는 원통형 베이스와, 그 원통형 베이스를 수용하기 위한 원통형 소켓을 구비하여 제1립의 피복 지지를 제공하는 크램프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어나이프식 피복기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제1립에 결속된 암과 제1립이 제1위치에 있을때는 대체로 일렬로 위치되고 제2위치에 있을때는 서로 각지게 위치되는 제1, 제2토글링크를 구비한 토글기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어나이프식 피복기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 링크들중 하나의 길이를 조정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어나이프식 피복기.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 제1립의 제1위치와 제2위치간의 각도차가 45내지 90 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어나이프식 피복기.
  8. 이동하는 웨브의 표면을 피복시키기 위한 에어나이프식 피복기에 있어서, 피복지역을 통과하는 웨브를 지지하는 웨브지지 캐리어롤과, 웨브의 외면에 피복재층을 피복시키도록 피복지역에 위치된 피복룰과, 롤에 지지되어 이동하는 웨브에 대해 공기류를 분사시키도록 위치되며 제1립을 피복 지지 시키고 제2립은 고정지지 시키는 닥터백을 구비 한 에어나이프수단과, 상기 닥터백을 지지롤에 대해 측방향으로 이동시키는 수단과, 암을 구비하여 제1립이 제2과 함께 정확한 틈새를 형성하게 되는 제1위치와 제1립이 제2립으로 부터멀리 피복 이동하게 되는 제2위치 사이에서 이동 가능한 암을 구비한 제1립 피복지지체와, 제1립을 상기 제1위치 및 제2위치사이에서 이동시키는 작동링크와, 제1립의 제1위치를 조정하여 틈새의 폭을 제어하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어나이프식 피복기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 작동링크가 토글링크인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어나이프식 피복기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 토글링크가 틈새의 폭을 조정하는 조정암을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어나이프식 피복기.
