Claims (14)

  1. 0.75dl/gm보다 더 큰 고유점도를 갖는 폴리비닐 피롤리돈을 포함하는 수용해성 중간체와, 임의로 디엔고무의 존재하에 주성분의 단일 불포화 니트릴과 이들과 공중합할 수 있는 미량성분의 하나이상의 모노 비닐 단량체 성분의 중합에 의해 제조된 라텍스와로 구성된 코팅 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 라텍스가 부타디엔과 이소프렌 또한 임으로 구조식을 갖는 니트릴, 스틸렌, 구조식을 갖는 에스테르 단량체로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 코모노마로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택한 공액디엔 단량체의 고무상 중합체(여기에서 고무성 중합체는 50내지 100중량%의 중합된 공액디엔과 0 내지 50중량%의 코모노마를 함유) 0 내지 40중량의 존재하에 (A) 구조식을 갖는 하나이상의 니프릴의 60 내지 90중량%와; (B)구조식을 갖는 에스테르, 구조식을 갖는 알파올레핀, 비닐에테르(여기서 비닐에테르는 메틸비닐에테르, 에틸비닐에테르, 프로핀비닐에테르, 부틸비닐에테르로 구성되어 있는 그룹에서 선택한 것) 비닐아세테이트, 스틸렌 및 인덴등으로 구성되어 있는 그룹에서 선택한 하나 이상의 원(員)의 (B)와 (A)를 합친 10내지 40중량%와를 포함하는 상기 조성물. (상기 구조식에서 R은 수소, 탄소수1 내지 4의 저급알킬기 또한 할로겐이며, R1은 수소,탄소수 1내지 30의 알킬기 또는 할로겐이며, R2는 탄소수 1내지 6의 알킬기이며, R3및 R4는 탄소수 1 내지 7의 알킬기 이다)
  3. 제2항에 있어서 (A)가 아크릴로니트릴인 상기 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서 (B)가 메틸아크릴레이트인 상기 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서 70% 이상의 (A)와 30% 이하의 (B)을 포함하는 상기 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 라텍스가 5내지 15부의 (C)를 포함하는 상기 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서 폴리비닐 피롤리돈 중합체가 최소한 5%의 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 포함하는 상기 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서 중합체가 최소한 70%의 폴리비닐 피롤리돈을 포함하는 상기 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서 폴리비닐 피롤리돈 중합체가 비닐피롤리돈과 하나 이상의 알킬 아크릴레이트의 공중 합체인 상기 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서 코팅이 2중량% 이하의 에스테르를 포함하는 상기 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서 코팅이 1중량% 이하의 에스테르를 포함하는 상기 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서 에스테르가 1.0dl/gm보다 더큰 고유점도를 갖는 상기 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 에스테르가 2.0dl/gm보다 더큰 고유점도를 갖는 상기 조성물.
  14. 임으로 디엔고무 존재하에 주성분의 단일 불포화 니트릴과 이들과 공중합할 수 있는 미량성분의 하나이상의 모노비닐 단량체 성분의 중합에 의해 생성된 라텍스와, 0.75dl/gm보다 더큰 고유 점도를 갖는 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 포함하는 수용해성 중합체와의 혼합물로 구성된 코팅의 제조방법.
