Claims (16)
- 하기의단계로 이루어지는 제품의 취부성형방법.(1) 한쪽끝이 폐쇄된 패리슨 형성을 위한 열가소성 물질을 방출,(2) 패리슨의 개방단부에 비활성가스를 주입,(3) 개방단부를 밀봉하기 위해 패리슨 주위에 취부모울드를 밀폐,(4) 상기 모울드의 윤곽에 패리슨이 확인될때까지 폐쇄 패리슨에 산화제를 함유한 취부가스를 주입,
- 제2단계의 질소가 함량 99.9% 이상의 질소임을 특징으로하는 제1항의 방법.
- 제4단계의 산화제가 산소 또는 불소인 제1항의 방법.
- 제4단계의 추부가스가 0.1 내지 10%의 불소와 비활성가스로 이루어지는 제1항의 방법
- 제5단계가 대기오염 없이 제4단계후에 취부성형된 것으로부터 취부가스를 방출함으로 이루어지는제4항의 방법.
- 제6단계가 제5단계로부터 방출된 취부가스의 평형으로 부터 불소를 제거하고, 생성된 불소유리비활성가스를 회수하는 것으로 이루어지는 제5항의 방법.
- 제6단계로 부터의 불소유리 비활성가스가 제2단계 및 또는 제4단계에 사용하기 위하여 재순환되는 제6항의 방법.
- 제6단계로 부터의 불소유리 비활성가스가 질소 99.9%이상을 함유하는 제6항의 방법.
- 비활성가스를 패리슨에 주입, 모울드를 상기 패리슨으로 폐쇄, 상기패리슨을 산화제함유한 취부가스로 확장, 컨테이너를 냉각, 컨테이너를 회수한 것으로서 한쪽단부가 폐쇄된 패리슨 형성을 위해 열가소성 물질을 방출하는 단계로 이루어지는컨테이너의 취부성형방법.
- 제1부와 제2부로 이루어지는 밀봉부의 성질이 개선된 제품의 제조에 적합한 제조장치.
- 산화제가 산소 또는 불소인 제10항의 장치.
- 혼합장치가 취부가스 제공을 위해서 비활성가스와 불소-함유가스 또는 불소를 혼합하기 위한 제2장치와 연결된 제11항의 장치.
- 취부가스가 비활성가스와 평형을 유지하는 0.1내지 10%의 불소혼합물로 이루어지는 제12항의 장치.
- 방출장치가 생성된 취부성형제품으로 부터 취부가스를 방출하기 위하여 제공된 제12항의 장치.
- 취부된 장치와 방출장치가 주입 빛 방출 사이의 기간에 혼합되는 제14항의 장치.
- 흡수장치가 방출취부가스로 부터 불소를 흡수하기 우해 설치된 제15항의 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
