Abstract

본 발명은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌과 탄산칼슘(CaCO3)을 혼합하여 합성수지 필림을 제조하고, 이 합성수지필림을 이용하여 쓰레기 수거봉투나 쇼핑백 및 농, 공업용 비닐로 사용케 하고, 사용이 끝난 다음에는 폐기처분하게 되는 습기나 햇빛에 의해 자연 분해되게 하고, 소각시에는 유해가스의 발생없이 완전 소각되어 재가 되도록 하므로서, 환경오염을 최소로 줄일수 있도록 한 것이다.
즉 칩 상태의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌과 탄산칼슘(CaCO3)을 60:40의 중량비로 압출기의 호퍼 내에 투입하고, 호퍼 내에 투입된 고밀도 폴리에티렌과 탄산칼슘은 용융실로 공급되어 용융되게 하고, 용융실에서 용융된 혼합 수지액은 노즐을 통하여 압축 성형되게 하여서 된 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 칩상태의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌과 탄산칼슘(CaCO3)을 혼합하여 압출기의 호퍼 내에 투입하되, 호퍼 내의 온도는 100∼150℃로 유지케 하고, 호퍼 내에 투입된 고밀도 폴리에틸렌과 탄산칼슘은 용융실로 공급되어 용융되게 하고, 용융된 혼합수지액은 다이스를 통하여 압출성형되게 하되, 다이스의 온도는 180∼210℃로 유지케 하여서 된 고밀도 폴리에틸렌과 탄산칼슘(CaCO3)을 이용한 합성수지필림의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌과 탄산칼슘(CaCO3)의 혼합비율은 35∼45:55∼65의 중량비로 혼합하여서 된 고밀도 폴리에틸렌과 탄산칼슘(CaCO3)을 이용한 합성수지필림의 제조방법.
