Claims (6)
- 일반적으로 수직인 샤프트형의 로, 로의상부에 철산화 물질을 장입시키는 기구 및 연속적인 중력작용으로 적재물이 내려오게 되어 노의 하부로 부터 금속철 제품을 제거하는 기구, 로의 중간끝부분에 있는 첫번째 환원개스 인입기, 첫번째 인입기와 로의 상단부 중간에 있는 두번째 환원개스 인입기, 상기로의 상단부에 있는 반응개스 배출기, 반응개스의 냉각, 세정을 위하여 반응 개스 배출기에 연결된 기구, 상기 첫번째, 두번째 환원개스 인입기를 연결하는 배출기를 갖는 개질기와 개스 환원제를 만들기 위한 촉매를 포함하는 튜브를 갖는 개질기로, 공정 연료개스의 공급원, 상기 두번째 환원개스 인입기와 공정연료개스 공급원을 연결하는 공급연료개스관 등을 포함하며, 특히, 최소한 한개의 버어너를 갖고 상기 촉매로 채워진 튜브를 가열시키기 위한 개질기로 및 상기로로 부터 소모연소 개스를 제거하기 위한 소모연소개스관, 열교환기와 연결된 상기 소모연소개스관 및 공정 연료개스가 통과하여 예열될 수 있게끔 되어있는 공정연료 개스관과 연결되어 있는 열교환기를 특징으로 하고 있는 코우크스로개스를 이용한 철의 직점환원 장치.
- 상기 개질기로에 필요한 연소공기공급원과 연결되어 연소 공기를 예열시키고 소모 연소개스의 온도를 환원시키는 두번째 열교환기 및 상기 두번째 열교환기와 연결되어 있는 소모 연소개스관 등을 포함하는 특허청구범위 제1항에 따른 장치.
- 상기 첫번째 환원개스 인입기와 금속화된 펠렛 제품을 냉각시키기 위한 상기로의 하부 중간에 있는 기구를 포함하는 특허 청구 범위 제2항에 따른 장치.
- 상기 냉각 및 세정기구와 연결되고 또한 상기 냉각대로 냉각개스를 보내는 냉각기구와, 연결된 통로를 포함하는 특허청구범위 제3항에 따른 장치.
- 상기 냉각대의 개스배출구와 연결되어 있는 통로, 소모 냉각개스를 세정케 하기위한 두번째 세정장치, 상기 두번째 냉각세정장치와 연결된 두번째 통로, 상기 개질기로 내에 있는 촉매로 채워져 있는 튜브로 들어가는 인입기등을 포함하는 특허 청구 범위 제4항에 따른 장치.
- 세정, 냉각장치와 연결된 통로, 상기 개질기로의 연료로서 세정된 상부의 소모개스를 버어너로 보내는 상기 개질기로에 있는 버어너등을 포함하는 특허청구범위 제1항에 따른 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
