Claims (6)
- a)미리 정한 비율로 기체 및 휘발성 액체로 구성된 혼합물 난류가 되기에 충분항 유속에서 튜브면 및 셀열 교환기에 도입하고,b)적어도 일부의 휘발성 액체가 휘발되기에 충분한 온도에서 가열 유동액을 열 교환기의 셀면으로 도입하고 그것에 의해 휘발성 액체를 증기상 및 액체상으로 분리시키고,c)사용지점으로 기체 및 증기상의 혼합물을 송출하고 상기 a)단계로 도입하기 위해 기체와 혼합하게 될 지점으로 액체상을 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 유속변화에도 일정조성을 갖는 기체성 혼합물을 공급하는 기체 및 휘발성 액체 혼합방법.
- a) 흡인 기중에서 질소기체 및 액체 트리에틸아민을 혼합하고,b) 그 혼합물을 열 교환기의 튜브면을 통과시켜 그곳에서 혼합물을 미리 정한 온도로 가열하고 액체 아민을 증기상 및 액체상으로 분리하고 그 유속을 난류가 되기에 충분하도록 하고,c) 그 혼합물을 (b)단계로부터 압축된 역으로 통과시켜 그곳에서 액체 아민을 그 구역의 하부로 하강시키고 (a)단계로 재순환시키고 질소 및 아민의 기체성 혼합물을 상부로 상승시키고 데미스터를 통과시켜 그곳에서 액체 아민의 쌓여진 여적을 기체 혼합물로부터 제거시키고 그 구역의 하부로 되보내고,d) 사용지점이 작동중일때 사용지점으로 절소 및 아민의 기체성 혼합물을 통과시키고,e) 사용지점이 작동중이 아닐때 기체성 혼합물을 열 교환기를 통해 연속적으로 재손환시켜 그것에 의해 혼합물을 기체상태로 유지하고 농축을 필수적으로 피하게 함을 특징으로 하는 사용지점에 질소 및 트리에틸아민의 기체성 혼합물을 송출하는 방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어 (b)단계중의 기체를 휘발성 액체의 증기로 포화시킴을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1항의 방법.
- 상기 2항에 있어 (b)단계중의 질소 기체를 아민 증기로 포화시킴을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 2항의 방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어 (b)단계중의 약 5 내지 약 10중량%의 액체 아민을 증기상으로 전환시키는 청구범위 1의 방법.
- 상기 2항에 있어 (b)단계중의 약 5내지 약 10중량%의 액체 아민을 증기상으로 전환시키는 청구범위 2의 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
