Claims (9)
- 에멀션 제초제 조성물은 필히 다음과 같은 성분으로 구성될 것.(A) 2클로로-2´,6´-디에틸-N-(부톡시메틸)아세트 아닐리드 제초제는 30.0-70.0중량%.(B) 유화제인 폴리알킬렌 끌리클 에테르는 0.75-5.0중량%.(C) 제제형 보조재는 0-15.0중량%.(D) 나머지는 물.
- 제1항에 있어서 에멀션 제초제는 다음의 성분일 것.(A) 2-클로로-2´,6´-디에틸-N-(부톡시메틸)아세트아닐리드 제초제는 47.5-50.0중량%.(B) 유화제 폴리알킬렌 글리콜에테르는 1.5-3.5중량%.(C) 소듐클로라이드, 칼슘클로라이드, 푸로필렌글리콜, 에틸렌글리콜, 메틸바이올랫으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 제제형 보조재는 0-5.0중량%.(D) 나머지는 물.
- 제1항에 있어서 에멀션 제초제는 다음과 같은 성분일 것.(A) 2-클로로-2´,6´-디에틸-N-(부톡시메틸)아세트아닐리드 제초제는 48.0중량%.(B) 유화제 폴리알킬렌 글리콜에테르는 2.0중량%.(C) 나머지는 물.
- 제2항에 있어서 에멀션 제초제의 제재형 보조재는 칼슘 클로라이드.
- 에멀션제초제를 제조하는 공정은 아래의 과정을 포함하는 것.(1) 유화제 폴리알킬렌 글리콜에테르 1.5-5.0중량%를 실온이나 15℃의 물 20.0-53.5중량%와 교반 혼합하여 유화제가 완전용해될 때까지 교반한다는 것.(2) 1단계 혼합물에 2-클로로-2´,6´-디에틸-N-(부톡시메틸)아세트아닐리드 제초제는 45.0-60.0중량%를 교반하면서 가하고 제초제가 1단계 혼합물에 분산되어 에멀션이 될때까지 교반한다는 것.(3) 에멀션을 균질화 한다는 것.
- 제5항에 있어서 물은 소듐클로라이드, 칼슘클로라이드, 푸로필렌글리콜, 에틸렌글리콜, 메틸바이올렛으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 제제형 보조재 0-5중량%를 포함할 것.
- 제6항에 있어서 제제형 보조재는 칼슘클로라이드.
- 제5항에 있어서 유화제의 농도는 2.0중량%, 제초제의 농도는 48.2중량%.
- 제5항에 있어서 물의 온도는 실온을 유지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
