Claims (1)

  1. 아크릴로니트릴계(系) 중합체 방사(紡)원액중에 산화티탄을 균일하게 분산시킴에 있어, 이 산화티탄 입자를 70중량% 이하의 비율로 물에 분산시켜서 균일한 수분산체로 한 후 방사원액 100중량부에 대하여 수분산체 8중량부 이하의 비율로 된 수분산체를 방사원액중에 도입하여 다음 일반식으로 규정하는 겉보기 전단(剪斷)속도가 9. 0×102/sec. 이상의 조건하에 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄을 균일하게 분산함유하는 아크릴로니트릴계 중합체 방사원액의 제조방법.
    단, S는 겉보기 전단속도(1/sec. ), π는 원주율, R은 교반날개의 반경(m), N은 교반날개의 회전수(1/sec. ), r은 수분산체 주입구 선단부와 교반날개 선단부와의 클리어런스(m)를 표시한다.
