Claims (23)

  1. 포화모노카복실산이나 이들의 에스테르와 포름알데히드나 포름알데히드 유도체 혼합물을 일반식 VSbnQx를 갖는 촉매존재하의 반응대역으로 통과시킴으로서 불포화카복실산 및 에스테르를 제조하는 방법.
    (상기일반식에서,
    m은 0.5 내지 40이고, 또 x는 기타 원소의 특성 및 산화상태에 의해 결정된다.)
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, m이 3 내지 15인 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,알미나 및 실리카로 이루어진 지지체상에 지지된 촉매를 사용하는 제조방법.
  4. 포화모노카복실이나 이들의 에스테르와 포름알데히드나 포름알데히드 유도체 혼합물을 다음 일반식을 갖는 촉매 존재하의 반응대역으로 통과시킴으로서 불포화 카복실산 및 에스테르를 제조하는 방법.

    상기 일반식에서,
    m은 0.5 내지 40이고,또 A는 알칼리 금속, 알칼리토금속, Tl, Aa, 희토류금속, Th, 또는 이들의 혼합물이며;B는 Cu, Ag, Fe, Co, Ni, Mn, Cr, Nb, Ta, Ti, As, Sn, B, U, 또는 이들의 혼합물이며;C는 Mo, W, Te, Bi, 또는 이들의 혼합물이고 ; 또 a는 0 내지 1, b:0 내지 1, c:0 내지 1이며x는 기타 원소의 특성 및 산화상태에 따라 결정된다.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, m이 3 내지 15인 제조방법.
  6. 제 2 항 또는 5항에 있어서, 포름알데히드 유도체가 메틸알인 제조방법.
  7. 제 2 항 또는 5항에 있어서, 포름알데히드 유도체가 트리옥산인 제조방법.
  8. 제 2 항 또는 5항에 있어서, 포화 모노카복실산이 아세트산인 제조방법.
  9. 제 2 항 또는 5항에 있어서, 포화 모노 카복실산이 프로피온산인 제조방법.
  10. 제 2 항 또는 5항에 있어서, 반응대역에 장입되는 에스테르가 메틸 아세테이트인 제조방법.
  11. 제 2 항 또는 5항에 있어서, 반응대역에 장입되는 에스테르가 메틸프로피오에이트인 제조방법.
  12. 제 5 항에 있어서, A가 알칼리금속인 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, A가 칼륨인 제조방법.
  14. 제 5 항에 있어서, B가 Cu인 제조방법.
  15. 제 5 항에 있어서, B가 Ag인 제조방법.

  23. 제 4 항에 있어서, (a+b+c)의 합이 m보다 작고 또 m은 2 이거나 보다 작은 제조방법.
