Claims (2)

  1. 단섬유(화학섬유와 면섬유를 1 : 1로 혼합시켜 3-4mm로 절단 해소시킴)와 펄프 (또는 폐펄프)와 1 : 4의 비율로 혼합시키고 액상의 페놀수지와 혼합시켜, 이들의 혼합물을 30-50%의 수분이 함유하도록 면압 10kg/cm2으로 압착시킨 다음 하트프레스상에서 14kg/cm2의 면압으로 150℃에서 30분간 가열 암착함을 특징으로 하는 단섬유 및 펄프를 이용한 판재류의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 단섬유(면섬유 3-4mm로 절단 해쇄시킴)와 펄프를 각각 40wt%와 60wt%로 혼합시키고 액상 페놀수지수용액 10wt%와 혼합 한다음 이들의 혼합물 전체 중량에 대하여 석고 20wt%와 염화메틸롤 5wt%를 첨가시키면 압 5kg/cm2으로 압착시킨 다음 100℃에서 60분간 가열 건조한 다음 하트프레스상에서 스테인레스제 부착 평철망상에 삽입시켜 면압 17kg/cm2으로 가압, 180℃에서 30분간 가열시킨 단섬유 및 펄프를 이용한 판재류의 제조방법.
