Claims (10)
- (A)조직을 함유하고 200마이크로미터 이하의 평균직경을 가지는 일반적으로 구상인 영역을 다수 포함하고, 후방산란전자투영을 이용해서 관찰할때, 그 영역은 코발트와 크롬, 또한 철, 니켈이나 철과 니켈 모두 그리고 니켈과(B) 침투제를 포함하며 전기한 조직, 전기한 조직과 전기한 침투제로 채워지지 않은 전기한 제품의 부피를 채우는 금속이나 합금의 연속적인 상(相)을 포함하며, 그럼으로써 코발트. 크롬, 그리고 다른 철, 니켈 또는 철과 니켈 모두를 포함하는 제2고용체를 함유하는 전기한 조직으로 특징지워지는 대체로 기공이 없는 전기한 제품과 두개의 서로 물려 있는 주형들을 함유하며, (ⅰ)전기한 제1고용체보다 더 많은 퍼센티지코발트와 더 적은 퍼센티지의 크롬을 함유하며, (ⅱ)본질적으로 카바이드가 없으며, (ⅲ)전기한 구상의 영역 대부분을 둘러싸고 있으며, 그렇게 둘러싸여진 영역과 제2고용체는 전기한 조직을 형성키 위해 상호 연결되어 있는 제2고용체를 포함하는 형상을 가지며, 균일하고, 단일체인 금속제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 텅스텐 카바이드의 미립자들이 전기한 제1고용체 전역에 걸쳐 균일하게 퍼져 있는 것으로 특징지워지는 상기 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 제2고용체에서 철과 니켈의 총양이 전기한 제1고용체이 있는 철과 니켈의 총양보다 더 많다는 것으로 특징지워지는 상기 제품
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 제2고용체에서 철+니켈의 %양이 전기한 제1고용체에 있어서, 철+니켈의 %양보다 1.3배 또는 그 이상으로 많은 것으로 특정지워지는 상기 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 제1고용체가 6% 또는 그 이상의 철은 함유하여 전기한 제2고용체는 7%또는 그 이상의 철을 함유하는 것으로 특징지워지는 상기 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 제1고용체가 10% 또는 그 이상의 철은 함유하여 전기한 제2고용체는 13%또는 그 이상의 철을 함유하는 것으로 특징지워지는 상기 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 구상의 영역이 1과 44마이크로미터 사이의 평균 직경으로 된다는 것에 의해 특징지워지는 상기 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서 각개의 구상영역을 둘러싸고 있는 전기한 제2 고용체의 부분들이 이런 구상영역의 중심에서 바깥방향으로 방사상으로 측정하여 5 마이크로미터 또는 이하의 두께를 갖는 것으로 특징지워지는 상기제품.
- 제1항에 의거한 주형공극.
- 구상의 코발트-함유 분말의 플라스틱 혼합물이 매스터의 약한 주형에서 주조되며, 10마이크로미터 이하의 평균입자 직경을 갖는 원소철 또는 원소 니켈 입자들로 된 열도피성 결합제는 전기한 구상의 코발트-함유 분말 무게에 의거한 무게비 11%로 첨가되어진 열가소성 재료를 포함하며, 그래서(A) 그렇게 얻어진 미리 결정된 형상과 치수를 가진 미가공 제품은(ⅰ)전기한 주형으로부터 이동되며 또한, (ⅱ) 코발트-함유 금속입자들이며 기공이 있고 단일체인 조직의형태로 전기한 구상의 코발트-함유 분말을 혼합하기 위해서 또한 전기한 결합체를 제거하기 위해서 가열되며, (B) 전기한 조직은 전기한 가장 낮은 용점을 갖는 코발트-함유 금속입자의 융점보다 적어도 25℃ 낮은 융점을 가지는 융용금속으로 침투되며, (C) 전기한 침투조직은 냉각된다는 것으로 특징지워지는 특허청구 범위 제1항에 의거하여 침투된 주조금속 제품을 만드는 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
