Claims (7)
- 열교환기에 사용되는 슬리트핀 리본을 형성하기 위한 장치가 제1샤프트에 설치된 제1슬리터바퀴(30)와 제2샤프트에 설치된 제2슬리터바퀴(32)를 가지고 양자가 그들 사이의 핀스톡의 진행하는 리본을 슬릿하기 위하여 윤전에서 회전할 때 제1슬리터바퀴와 협력하고 제1플리이(20)가 제1샤프트에 설치된 것에 특징이 있는 제1샤프트나 제2샤프트를 회전할 수 있게 구동하는 수단(12)과 제2샤프트에 설치된 제2플리이(24)와 윤전에서 슬리터 바퀴를 유지하는 동안 회전수단에 연결된 샤프트 부터 구동된 샤프트를 회전하기 위하여 제2플리이에 제1플리이를 연결하는 2종축 플리이 벨트(40)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 리본슬릿팅 장치.
- 제1항에서 제1플리이(20)와 제2플리이(24)는 노치된 플리이 벨트를 받는 면(29)을 포함하고 플리이 벨트는 그것의 양측부터 뻗은 돌기를 가지고 한측은 제1플리이에 결합하고 다른 측은 제2플리이에 결합하고 벨트의 돌기는 윤전에서 슬리터바퀴를 유지하기 위하여 플리이의 노치와 결합하는 것.
- 제1항에서 아이들러 플리이(26)와 조정플리이(22)는 플리이벨트가 제1플리이, 제2플리이, 이이들러 플리이 및 조정 플리이에 단일 루우프를 형성하게 연결되고 제1플리이는 제2플리이가 회전되는 방향과 반대방향으로 회전되는 것.
- 제1항에서 제1샤프트에 제1플리이를 또는 제2샤프트에 제2플리이를 고착하기 위한 이상기(70)는 선택되어야 할 슬리터 바퀴간의 적절한 윤전을 허용하게 샤프트에 관련한 조정 위치에서 플리이를 고착하게 하는 것.
- 제3항에서 제1플리이(20)를 가진 제1샤프트, 제2플리이를 가진 제2샤프트(16), 이이들러 플리이(26) 및 조정플리이(22)는 모드 단일 슬리터 스탠드의 부품으로서 설치되는 것.
- 서로의 윤전에서 제1 및 제2의 협력에서 슬리터바퀴를 유지하는 방법에서 각 슬리터바퀴는 개개의 슬릿탕톱니를 가지고 각각은 핀리본을 슬릿하게 협력하는 각기의 슬리터톱니를 허용하게 서로가 간격을 둔 회전샤프트에 설치되는데 있어서 각 샤프트의 적어도 하나에서 노치된 플리이(20,24)를 설치하고 그것부터 뻗은 돌기를 가진 가요성의 2중측벨트(40)를 경유하여 서로에 플리이를 연결하고 샤프트의 플리이는 벨트를 회전하게 가요성 벨트의 한측에 결합하고 벨트의 다른측은 구동되는 샤프트를 회전하게 다른 플리이에 결합하고 벨트는 그들 사이에 어느 탄성을 허용하여 윤전에서 각기의 플리이를 유지하게 작용하는 단계를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 리본슬릿팅 방법.
- 제6항에서 가용성 벨트에 결합하는 플리이에 관련하여 슬리터바퀴에 고착된 샤프트를 회전하는 것에 의하여 제1슬리터바퀴와 제2슬리터바퀴를 정렬하는 단계를 가지는 것.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
