Claims (12)
- R1과 R2가 각각 점선에 의해 둘러쌓여진 α-아미노산 잔유물에 존재하는 원자 또는 원자단애고, R3,R4,R5및 R6가 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1-C10알킬기 또는 최소한 한가지 소수기 또는 그것의 염과 치환된 C1-C10알킬기 및 과테크네툼산염을 위한 환원제인 일반식,의 N-피리독실-α-아미노산을 함유하는 비-방사성 담체.
- 제1항에 있어서 N-피리독실-α-아미노산이 R2와 R5가 각각 수소이고 R4가 히드록시메틸이며 R6가 메틸인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 한가지인 특허청구의 범위 1에 따른 비-방사성 담체.
- 제1항에 있어서 N-피리독실-α-아미노산ㅣ R2,R3와 R5가 각각 수소이며, R4가 히드록시메틸이고 R6가 메틸인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 한가지인 특허청구의 범위 1에 따른 비-방사성 담체.
- 제1항에 있어서 N-피리독실-α-아미노산의 R1이 수소, 메틸, 이소프로필, 1-메틸프로필, 2-메틸프로필, 2-카르복시에틸, 히드록시메틸, 1-히드록시에틸, 벤질 또는 4-히드록시벤질이고, R2,R3및 R5가 각각 수소이고, R4가 히드록시메틸이며, R6가 메틸인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 한가지인 청구범위 1에 따른 비-방사성 담체.
- 제1항에 있어서 N-피리독실-α-아미노산 R7,R8,R9,R10,R11및 R12가 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1-C5알킬기 또는 최소한 한가지 소수기와 치환된 C1-C5알킬기인 일반식,의 N-피리ㅣ독실-트립토판 유도체인 청구범위 1에 따른 비-방사성 담체.
- 제5항에 있어서 N-피리독실-트립토판 유도체가 R7,R8,R9,R11및 R12가 각각 수소이고 R10가 수소 또는 메틸인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 한가지인 청구범위 5에 따른 비-방사성 담체.
- 제1항에 있어서 과테크네튬산염을 위한 환원제가 제일주식염인 청구범위 1에 따른 비-방사성 담체.
- 제1항에 있어서 과테크네튬산염을 위한 환원제가 N-피리독실-α-아미노산 또는 그것의 염 1몰당 0.001 내지 1몰의 양으로 포함된 청구범위 1에 따른 비-방사성 담체.
- 제1항에 있어서 수용액 형태인 청구범위 1에 따른 비-방사성 담체.
- 제9항에 있어서 N-피리독실-α-아미노산 또는 그것의 염의 농도가 20mmol/ι 이하인 청구범위 9에 따른 비-방사성 담체.
- 제1항에 있어서 과테크네튬산염 형태의 99mTC와 청구범위 1에 따른 비-방사성 담체를 포함하는 99mTC표시 방사성 진단제.
- 제1항, 제11항에 있어서 투여시 수용액 0.5 내지 5ml의 부피에 대한 방사능이 0.1 내지 50mCi이고 과테크네튬산염 형태인 99mTC를 함유하는 수용액과 청구범위 1에 따른 비-방사성 담체를 접촉시킴으로써 제조되는 청구범위 11에 따른 99mTC-표시 방사성 진단제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
