Claims (7)
- 중합물을 교반상태로 유지하며 제거될 단량체 조성물을 중합압으로 부터 0.16바 이하의 절대압으로 조절하고, 중합물을 70℃이하의 온도 및 중합체 또는 공중합체의 분해가 시작되는 온도 이하로 상승 또는 유지하고, 이 압력과 온도 조건을 탈기공정이 완료될때까지 기본적으로 유지하며, 중합체 또는 공중합체의 잔류 염화비닐 단량체 함량이 2000mg/kg이하로 감소된 후 중합물을 물과 접촉시킴에 있어서, 1종 이상의 음이온성 계면 활성제를 몰에 가함을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐-기제 단량체 조성물을 벌크 중합시켜서 제조된 중합체 및 공중합체의 탈기방법.
- 계면 활성제가 탄소원자 6-22를 함유하는 지방산의 알카리 금속염, 알카리성 알킬설페이트, 알카리성 하이드록실 알킬설페이트, 알카리성 알킬 설포네이트, 알칼리성 알킬 아릴설포네이트, 알카리성 모노-및 디-알킬 설포석시네이트, 알리카성 모노-및 디-알킬 포스페이트, 및 탄소원자 4-18를 함유하는 촉쇄상 또는 직쇄상 알킬기로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1의 방법.
- 계면활성제가 소디움라우레이트, 소디움 미리스테이트, 소디움 팔미테이트, 소디움 스테아레이트, 소디움 라우릴설페이트, 소디움 테트라데실설포네이트, 소디움도데실벤젠설포네이트, 소디움 도데실페녹시벤젠설포네이트, 소디움 모노옥틸설포석시네이트, 소디움 디부틸설포석시네이트, 소디움 디헥실석포석시테이트, 소디움 디옥틸설포석시네이트 및 소디움 디도데실포스페이트로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 2의 방법.
- 중합체 또는 공중합체에 대하여 물을 0.5-3%(중량)가 함을 특징으로 하는 특허청구 범위 1-3의 방법.
- 중합체 또는 공중합체에 대하여 계면활성제를 0.001-0.3%(0.01-0.1%가 바람직함) (중량)가함을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1-4의 방법.
- 계면화성제를 물에 대하여 0.1-20%(중량) 가함을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1-5의 방법.
