Claims (1)
- 2-아미노-4-메틸피리딘을 실온하의 피리딘 중에서 삼염화인과 반응시켜 포스파조 유도체(하기식 Ⅴ)를 얻어, 단리시키지 않고 2-(m-벤조일페닐)프로피온산(하기식 Ⅵ)과 반응시킴에 있어서 상기 본 반응을 비등점에서 실시하고, 반응이 종결되면 용매는 증류로서 제거하고, 생성물을 염화메틸렌 또는 클로로포름과 같은 용매로 추출시키고, 염화물로 변형시킨 후 결정으로 단리시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)의 2-아미노-4-메틸피리딘(하기식 Ⅰ)의 아미드 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
