제1도는 자유낙하 용융유리 송출계통을 이용한 본 발명의 한 예를 예시한 측단면 개략도. 제3도는 성형실의 송출 종말점에 측면 제한요소를 사용한 것으로 제2도의 예를 보완한 개략도. 제4도는 본 발명의 특징을 이용한 비자유낙하 형식의 다른 유리 성형실의 단면도. 제7도는 리본폭을 완화대에서 확정시키게끔 한 것으로 제5도의 예를 다른 방법으로 변화시킨 송출종말점의 평면도.
Claims (1)
- 세로방향으로 길게 뻗은 용융금속의 푸울의 1차 말단에 있는 용융금속을 용융금속 푸울의 1차 부분으로 이송하여 유리두께가 평형두께보다 크도록 하고, 1차부분으로부터 유리판을 세로방향으로 이동시켜 용융 금속 푸울의 2차부분으로 보내 세로방향으로 유리판을 신장하는 한편 가로방향으로 수축이 일어나지 않도록 하므로서 2차부분에서 유리두께가 평형두께 이하로 줄어들게 하며, 2차부분으로부터 세로방향으로 유리판을 이동시켜 용융금속 푸울의 3차부분으로 보내서 여기서 유리판을 가로방향으로 신장하여 유리두께가 줄어들게 하고, 3차 부분으로부터 세로방향으로 유리판을 이동시켜 4차부분으로 보내서 여기서 유리를 칫수 안정성이 있게끔 충분히 냉각시킨 후 평형두께 이하로 된 칫수 안정성이 있는 유리판을 용융금속 푸울의 2차 말단부분으로부터 인출하는 단계로 된 평형두께 이하의 연속 판상의 유리 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
