Claims (2)

  1. 아크릴로니트릴이 최소한 85wt, % 정도이고, 나머지는 아크릴로니트릴과 공중합이 되는 한가지 이상의 에틸렌 같은 불포화도를 가지며, 산성의 염착성기가 없는 단량체로 되었고, 고유점성도 범위가 약 0.5-약 1.4이며 말단기 함량 범위가 약 0.2-약 0.35wt, % 정도이고, 반복단위를 가진 아크릴로니트릴 중합체.
  2. 최소한 85wt, % 정도의 아크릴로니트릴과 나머지가 산성의 염착성기가 없는 한가지 이상의 에틸렌같은 불포화도를 가진 단량체를 함유하는 단량체로 된 현탁물을 약 40°-약 80℃의 온도범위에서 제조할 때 현탁물의 중량에 대해 단량체 함량을 약 25-약 40wt, % 정도로 하고, 이 현탁물에 산화제, 환원제 및 구리활성제로 된 산화 환원제를 유효량 가하여 중합반응을 개시함에 있어서 최종 생성 중합체중에 술폰산 말단기 함량이 중합체 중량에 대하여 약 0.2-약 0.35wt, % 범위가 되게 하고 고유 점성도 범위가 약 0.5-1.4인 중합체를 제조할 수 있게끔 아황산 수소염과 메르캅토 화합물을 상대적인 비율로 가진 혼합물로 된 환원제를 사용하며, 이 개시된 반응을 약 75%-약 90% 정도의 단량체 전환율 범위에서 종결시킨후 생성된 중합체를 회수하므로서 아크릴로니트릴 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
