Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE UN POLIMERO DE ACRILONITRILO. SE FORMA, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 40 Y 80GC, UNA SUSPENSION COMPUESTA DE UN MONOMERO, QUE CONTIENE, AL MENOS, UN 85 POR 100 EN PESO DE ACRILONITRILO, Y DE UN 25 A UN 40 POR 100 EN PESO DE UNO O MAS MONOMEROS ETILENICAMENTE INSATURADOS Y LIBRES DE GRUPOS ACIDO. SE INICIA LA POLIMERIZACION, PARA LO CUAL SE AÑADE A DICHA SUSPENSION UNA CANTIDAD DE UN SISTEMA DE REDOX, FORMADO POR UN AGENTE OXIDANTE, UN AGENTE REDUCTOR Y UN ACTIVADOR DE COBRE. LA REACCION TERMINA CUANDO SE ALCANZA UNA CONVERSION DE MONOMERO DEL 75 AL 90 POR 100, TRAS LO CUAL SE RECUPERA EL POLIMERO ASI OBTENIDO. DE APLICACION EN LA HILATURA DE FIBRAS DE ACRILONITRILO.
