Claims (5)
- 4'-히드록시프로피오페논을, 메탄올, 에탄올 및 에테르류로 된 군에서 선택된 일종 또는 이들의 이종 이상의 혼합물을 용매로 사용하여 브롬화하고, 이어서 전술한 브롬화에서 생성된 취화수소를 반응계내에 있어서 고정하던지 또는 반응계에서 제거하고 반응 혼합물에 4-벤질피리딘을 가하여 용매로서의 메탄올 또는 에탄올의 존재하에 가열 환류하고 얻어진 반응 혼합물을 접촉 환원조작을 받게 함으로서 2-(4-벤질피페리디노)-1-(4-히드록시페닐)-1-프로파놀 취화수소산염을 생성시키 는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-(4-벤질피페리디노)-1-(4-히드록시페닐)-1-프로파놀 및 그 산부가염의 제조방법.
- 전술한 접촉 환원조작에서 접촉환원제로서 파라듐 탄소촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재한 방법.
- 전술한 접촉 환원조작에서 접촉 환원제로서 산화백금 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재한 방법.
- 전술한 브롬화에서 생성된 취화수소를 염기성 물질을 사용하여 반응계 내에서 고정하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제3항에 기재한 방법.
