Claims (7)

  1. 발포제와 혼합한 합성 열가소성 수지를 압력하에 열가소화시키고 저압지대에서 압출시켜(여기서 발포제는 겔내에 가스 압력을 제공한다) 겔내에 폐쇄-셀을 배가(倍加)시킨 후 이어서 까품화된 가동성 겔을 열가소화 온도 이하의 온도로 냉각시켜 합성 열가소성 수지의 압출된 폐쇄-셀 거품상 물질을 수득함에 있어서 열가소성 수지의 주성분으로서 다음 구조식을 갖는 메르(mer) 단위의 에틸렌성 부가 폴리머를 사용하고 발포제로서는 암모늄 카보네이트, 암모늄 비카보네이트, 암모늄 옥살레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 열가소성 수지의 압출된 폐쇄-셀 까품상 물질의 제조방법.

  4. B는 적어도 하나의 에틸렌성 불포화 부가 중합 가능한 모노머에 상응하는 중합된 메리 단위이고,
  5. x 및 y는 비(ratio)가 폴리머내의 대표적인 메르단위의 몰에 대한 평균비를 나타내고 합(sum)이 폴리머내의 평균 중합 정도를 나타낼 수 있는 수이다.
