Claims (4)

  1. 모뎀을 포함하는 데이터 전송시스템의 동작의 연습위상 동안만 활성인 임계교차 최적시차 재현행로에 의하여 미리 조정된 상태로 세팅되어 있고, 가별위상조절기술에 의하여 최적시차신호를 산출하는 나이키스트 최적시차 재현행로를 포함하며, 적절한 평형기를 포함하는 데이터 모뎀에 사용하기 위한 데이터 부호 최적시차 재현장치.
  2. 나이키스트 시차 재현통로가 나이키스트 주파수 성분을 통과시키는 제1대역필터와 제1대역필터에 의해 발생된 출력신호를 제곱시키는 승적기와 제2대역필터와 위상 쇄정루우프(PLL)를 포함하는 청구범위 1에 따른 데이타부호 시차 재현회로.
  3. 입력신호가 임계수준을 능가하는 반 주기동안 입력신호가 0점을 통과할때마다 출력신호를 발생토록 배열된 임계치 교차감지기를 포함하는 청구범위 2에 따른 데이타 부호 시차 재현회로.
