Claims (1)
- 본문에 설명하고 도면에 예시한 바와 같이, 베이스(18)를 진공전자관의 스템(12)에 조립하는 경우 상기 스템은 유리 웨이퍼와 그 스템을 통하는 다수의 전도성 핀(14)을 가지며, 상기 관이 동작하는 동안 인접한 핀들(14)보다 대체로 더 높은 전압을 전달하기 위해 상기 핀들(14)중의 하나를 가지며, 상기 베이스는 그 구멍을 통해 나와 있는 핀들로 상기 스템과 짝을 이루도록 되어 있으며, 그조립 단계들은 상기 구멍들을 통해 나와있는 상기 핀들(14)로 상기 스템(12)에 짝을 이룬 위치에 베이스(18)의 위치를 정하며, 고체 및 절연 물질(32)를 가열하므로 적어도 부분적으로는 경화할 수 있는 밀봉 물질로 적어도 하나의 핀둘레에서 상기 스템과 베이스 사이의 모든 공간을 채우도록하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 핀들(14)중의 한 핀에근접한 실질거리에서 상기 물질을 부분적으로 경화하기위하여 그와 같은 시간과 온도에서 상기 핀들(14)과 웨이퍼를 가열하므로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 전자관의 베이스 조립방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
