Claims (2)
- 저장식 저온 냉동법을 이용한 냉동장치로서, 단열공간장치, 이 단열 공간장치에 한제를 공급하기 위한 공급장치, 상기 단열 공간 장치에 관련되어 이 단열 공간 장치내에 혹은 고체, 액체, 기체가 평형을 이루는 삼중점 부근에 고체 한제의 저장실을 형성하기 위한 장치, 액체상태로 냉동부하에 공급되어 증발하는 유체 냉동제를 사용하는 기계적 냉동장치, 냉동제가 상기 냉동부하에서 증발된후 이것을 직접 또는 간접으로 응축시키기 위하여 상기 고체 한제 저장실내에서 저장냉동법을 이용하는 장치, 그리고 상기 응축 냉동제를 상이한 통로로 냉동부하에 복귀시키는 장치로 이루어지는 저장식 저온 냉동장치.
