Abstract
Un aparato de refrigeración que usa refrigeración criogénica almacenada, aparato que comprende: unos medios de cámara térmicamente aislada; medios para suministrar criógeno a dichos medios de cámara; medios asociados a dichos medios de cámara para crear una reserva de criógeno sólido en dichos medios de cámara, en o cerca del punto triple en el cual las fases solida, líquida y de vapor existen en equilibrio; una unidad mecánica de refrigeración que emplea un refrigerante fluido suministrado en forma líquida a una carga de refrigeración. Y evaporado; unos medios para emplear la refrigeración almacenada en dichas reserva de criógeno sólido con el fin de condensar, directa o indirectamente, el refrigerante tras la evaporación en dicha carga de refrigeración; y unos medios para devolver dicho refrigerante condensado a dicha carga de refrigeración con el fin de efectuar otra pasada por ésta.
