Claims (2)

  1. 가) 다음 구조식(II)의 화합물을 포스포러스 옥시클로라이드 또는 포스포러스 펜톡사이드 및 다음 구조식(IV)의 아민과 반응시키거나,
    나) 구조식(II)의 화합물을 구조식(IV)의 아민과 반응, 또는
    다) 다음 구조식(V)의 화합물을 알킬화제와 반응시키거나,
    라) 구조식(III)의 화합물을 건조 피리딘중 -30 C부터 실온까지의 온도로(-10℃가 바람직)아릴 설포닐 클로라이드(중간체인 이미노-에스테르를 형성하며 구조식(IV)의 아민성분과 반응)와 반응시켜서 다음 구조식(I)의 화합물 및 구조식(I) 화합물의 생리적으로 무독한 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 구조식에서
    n은 1또는 2이고,
    R1및 R2는 수소 또는 알킬기를 나타내거나(이들은 질소와 함께 5원소환, 6원소환, 또는 7원소환을 형성할 수 있고, 이것은 C1-C3-알킬, C1-C2-알콕시, 하이드록실 또는 C1-C4-알콕시카보닐 그룹에 의해 치환될 수 있으며, 탄소원자들중 하나는 산소, 유황 또는 질소원자에 의해 치환될 수도 있으며, 질소 원자는 수소, 포르밀그룹 또는 페닐기로 치환될 수 있고, 이것은 차례로 C1-C4-알킬 또는 알콕시, 메틸랜디옥시, 하이드록실, 할로겐, 니트로 또는 아미노 그룹에 의해 일치환 또는 다치환될 수 있거나 또는 질소원자는 C1-C4알킬그룹으로 치환될 수 있다).

  2. 가') Z가 할로겐일 경우 구조식(III)의 화합물을 무기산 할라이드와 반응시키거나,
    나') Z가 SR5일 경우 다음 구조식(VI)의 화합물을 알킬화제와 반응, 또는
    다') Z가 OR5일 경우 다음 구조식(III)의 화합물을 트리알킬옥소늄 플루오보레이트 R5 3OBF4와 반응, 또는
    라') Z가 OR5일 경우
    구조식(III)의 화합물을 산할라이드와 반응시킨뒤 원반응 생성물을 알카리 금속 알콜레이트로 처리시키거나 또는
    마') Z가 SH일 경우
    구조식(III)의 화합물을 포스포러스 펜타설파이드 또는 포스포러스 펜타설파이드/피리딘 복합물과 반응시켜 다음 구조식(II)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 구조식에서
    R3및 R4는 구조식(I)에서 주어진 의미를 가지며, Z는 할로겐원자 또는 SH, SR5또는 OR5기(R5는 C1-C6-알킬기 또는 벤질, 페닐알킬 또는 페닐설포닐기를 나타냄)를 나타낸다.
