Claims (4)

  1. 기포제를 함유하는 가교 결합된 폴리올레핀 수지의 입자를 우선 미팽창수지 입자의 원부피에 대해 평균 팽창비 3-9로 팽창시킨 후, 전팽창 입자에 팽창력을 부여하고, 상기 전팽창 입자를 평균팽창비 13-37로 더욱 팽창시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창 가교 결합된 폴리올레핀 수지입자의 제조방법.
  2. 팽창력을 전팽창 입자를 대기압하에 주로 질소로 조성된 무기기체로 포화시켜 부여하는 청구범위 1항의 팽창 가교 결합된 폴리올레핀 수지입자의 제조 방법.
  3. 청구범위 제1항에서 정의된 미세수지 물질로 팽창력이 부여되고 주조 공동에서 가열하에 생성물질을 주조하는 팽창가교 결합된 폴리올레핀 수지입자로 된 주조품을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 우선 미세수지 물질내 팽창입자를 원부피의 40-80%로 압축시키고 그후 압축상태하에 제한할 수 있으나 봉할 수 없는 공동내에 압축된 입자를 충진시킨 후 가열하에 주조시키는 단계로 이루어진 주조품을 제조하는 방법.
