실내장식용 판재
제1도는 본 고안의 일부 절개 사시도.

본 고안은 표면을 줄무늬가 생기게 절삭 가공한 알미늄판을 임의의 모양으로 재단하여 기판 표면에 배열 접착 하므로써 알미늄 바탕의 특유한 색상을 살려 다양한 문양이 표현되게 구상한 실내 장식용 판재에 관한 것이다.
종래에도 실내 장식용 판재로서 각종이 있으나 통상적으로 프린트 합판을 적층시켜서 된 것으로 이는 시일이 경과하고 기후 변화에 의하여 색상이 변하거나 표면이 더러워져서 본래의 미감을 살릴 수 없었으며 또 표면이 요철면인 유리판의 저면에 무늬모양 층을 삽입하여 합판에 부착시킨 것이 있으나 이 경우는 유리판의 저면에 무늬 모양층을 삽입하고 합판에 부착하는 작업공정이 복잡할 뿐만 아니라 일정한 모양이 표현되는 단조로운 감이 있었던 것이다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 고안과는 달리 은은한 은색이 표현되는 알미늄판의 특유한 바탕색감을 살려 다양한 문양이 표현되는 장식판을 얻고저 함에 목적이 있는 것으로 첨부 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
알미늄판을 임의의 모양으로 재단한 알미늄판편(1)을 접착제(2)로 기판(3) 표면에 접착형성 하는 것에 있어서 알미늄 판편(1)의 표면을 줄무늬(4)가 생기게 절삭 가공하여 줄무늬(4)의 배열 각도를 각기 다르도록 배열 형성하여서 된 것이다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 알미늄판편(1) 바탕의 특유한 색상이 줄무늬(4)의 배열각도에 따라 빛의 반사각 차이로 다양한 문양이 표현되기 때문에 자연미 있는 우아한 감을 살릴 수 있다.
그리고 알미늄판편(1) 표면에 바탕의 색상을 살리면서 여러가지 도색층을 형성하여 조화있는 문양 배열을 할수 있으며 기판(3)은 불연성 판재를 이용하므로써 알미늄판편(1)과 함께 우수한 불연성 장식판재를 형성할 수 있다.
따라서 본 고안은 알미늄판편(1)의 바탕 특유의 색상을 줄무늬(4)의 배열각도에 따라 다양한 문양으로 표현시켜 실내 공간의 분위기를 장기간 조화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 도시한 바와 같이 알미늄판편(1)을 접착제(2)로 기판 표면에 접착형성 하는 것에 있어서 알미늄판편(1)의 표면을 줄무늬가 생기게 절삭가공하여 줄무늬(4)의 배열각도를 각기 달리 배열 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 실내장식용판재.
