Description

안경테용 연마재
제1도는 본 고안의 사시도.

본 고안은 6.6포리아미드에 30%의 초자면 또는 무기연마 보조제와 소량의 안료를 배합한 후 270o-310℃에서 다이아몬드형으로 사출 성형해서 세루로우즈 아세테이트제(합성수지제 포함) 안경테 및 금속안경테의 연마재로 사용되는 바, 본 고안의 구성은 다이아몬드형에 凹형 요구면과 예각모서리, 둔각모서리 및 평활면을 각각 형성하여 이를 회전 바렐(BARREL)통(6)속에 넣어서 연마할 안경테의 연마 기능을 증대시키고 작업의 능률성을 높이고저 고안한 안경테용 연마재에 관한 것이다.
종래의 안경테용 연마재는 대나무 또는 조약돌을 사용했으나 연마 효율이 낮고 작업능률을 향상시키지 못하였을 뿐만 아니라 조약돌은 동력이 많이 소요되는 비경제적인 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 종래의 문제요인을 해결한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
다이아몬드형으로 된 연마재(1)의 양면에 다수의 凹형 요구면(2)(2')을 요설하고 상하에 각모서리(3)(3')와 좌우에 둔각모서리(4)(4')를 형성하며, 사면은 평활면(5)(5')을 형성하는 구조이다.
도면중 미설명부호 6은 회전 바렐통이고, 7은 벨트이며, 8은 연마할 안경테임.
이와 같이 하여 구성된 본 고안의 연마재로 안경테를 연마하는 과정을 보면,
체적이 350미터이고 나무로 만든 8각형 회전 바렐통(6)속에 35kgs의 6.6포리아미드제 연마재와 25kgs의 목재(경우에 따라 목재는 사용하지 않음) 연마재를 넣고 적당량의 유성 연마재와 분상 연마재를 투약해서 혼합시킨 후 금속재 안경테의 경우에는 160개 정도의 세루로우즈 아세테이트제 안경테 경우에는 400개 정도를 장입한 다음 실온에서 32R.P.M으로 24내지 48시간 가동하면 안경테 연마작업은 종결하게 되는데 이때 연마재(1)에 형성된 凹형 요구면(2)(2')에는 연마제가 묻어 연마 기능을 높이는 역할을 하게 되고 예각모서리(3)(3'), 둔각모서리(4)(4') 및 평활면(5)(5')은 각각 안경테(8)에 마찰되어 평활한 광택면을 형성하므로 안경테의 구석진 부분까지 연마할 수 있는 기능을 가지게 되는 것이다.
한편 본 고안과 같은 연마재는 재질적 특성에 의하여 강도와 경도가 크고 충격에 강하며 내마모성이고 내연성이므로 오래 사용할 수 있고 화학적으로 불활성이고 안정하며 중량이 가볍고 연마재를 흡수하지 않는 관계로 연마비용이 절감되는 등의 실용적인 유익한 고안이다.

  1. 도면에 표시한 바와 같이 다이아몬드형 연마재(1)의 양면에 凹형 요구면(2)(2')과 상하에 예각모서리(3)(3') 좌우에 둔각모서리(4)(4') 및 사면에 평활면(5)(5')을 각각 형성하여 이를 공지의 회전 바렐통(6)속에 넣어서 안경테를 연마하는 안경테용 연마재.
