Abstract
본 발명은 면역항암제가 탑재된 광역학 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 면역항암제가 결합되어 있는 금속-유기 프레임워크(Metal-Organic framework) 입자를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암 치료를 위한 광역학 치료용 약학 조성물 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 면역항암제가 탑재된 광역학 치료용 약학 조성물 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 면역항암제가 결합되어 있는 금속-유기 프레임워크(Metal-Organic framework) 입자를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암 치료를 위한 광역학 치료용 약학 조성물 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.
최근 비침습적이고 부작용을 최소화할 수 있는 암 치료 신기술로 빛을 이용한 치료법이 주목을 받고 있다. 광선치료(phototherapy)라 불리는 이 치료법은 광열 치료(photothermal therapy)와 광역학 치료(photodynamic therapy)로 나눌 수 있다. 광열 치료는 빛을 흡수하는 물질에 특정 파장의 빛을 조사하였을 때 열을 발생시켜 암을 치료하는 기술이고, 광역학 치료는 빛을 흡수할 시 2차적인 화학반응에 의해 암을 사멸시키는 기술이다. 더 구체적으로, 광역학 치료는 광감각제(photosensitizer)가 특정 파장의 빛에 의해 활성화되면서 조직 내의 산소와 결합하여 일중항 산소(singlet oxygen; 1O2)를 생성하여, 이들의 강한 화학적 반응이 주변 세포 분자들을 괴사시키는 원리를 이용하여 수행된다. 일중항 산소와 같은 활성산소종(reactive oxygen species)은 소량 존재할 때에는 근육 수축, 지방 대사, 줄기세포 분화 및 세포 유지 등 다양한 생리작용에 필수적인 존재이지만, 과발현시 세포사멸, 발암, 조직의 노화 등의 원인이 되기도 한다.
특히, 광역학 치료는 비침습적이고 반복적인 치료가 가능하여 그 효과를 증대시키기 용이하며, 항암화학요법과 같은 다른 치료법과 병행이 가능하여 보조치료법으로도 사용될 수 있는 큰 장점이 있다.
금속-유기 프레임워크(metal-organic frameworks, MOFs)는 금속 이온 또는 금속 이온 클러스터가 유기 리간드와 배위결합을 통해 형성된 결정성 유무기 하이브리드 고분자이다. 다공성 배위결합 고분자(porous coordination polymers, PCPs)라고도 불리는 MOFs는 규칙적인 세공구조와 높은 비표면적을 가지며 리간드와 금속이온의 선택을 통해 다양한 구조로 합성될 수 있다. 일반적으로 유기 리간드의 크기를 조절함으로써 수 Å에서 나노미터까지 세공의 크기를 조절할 수 있고 적절한 금속 이온을 선택하거나 유기 리간드에 작용기를 도입하여 세공의 표면 성질을 제어할 수 있다.
한편, 한국등록특허 제2264231호에는 '생체고분자와 금속-유기 프레임워크가 결합된 복합체 및 이의 용도'가 개시되어 있으나, 상기 등록특허문헌은 본 발명과 금속-유기 프레임워크의 종류 및 항암제의 종류에 차이가 있으며, 상기 등록특허문헌은 약물의 탑재 방법이 물리적 담지에 국한되나 본 발명의 경우 질환부에 정확한 전달을 위하여 금속-유기 프레임워크에 약물을 배위결합하여 전달하는 점에서 다르다. 또한, 한국등록특허 제2280778호에는 '보디피 화합물이 결합된 금속-유기 골격체, 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 감광제 및 이의 용도'가 개시되어 있으나, 본 발명의 '면역항암제가 탑재된 광역학 치료용 약학 조성물'에 대해서는 기재된 바가 없다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 요구에 의해 도출된 것으로서, 본 발명자들은 항암치료에 있어 면역치료와 광역학 치료를 동시에 가능하게 하는 복합 기능 소재를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 금속-유기 프레임워크(Metal-Organic framework, MOF) 기반 생체적합성 소재를 제조한 후 상기 소재에 면역항암제를 배위결합 시켰다. 그 후, 제조한 면역항암제가 탑재된 MOF 기반 소재의 특성을 분석하고, 세포독성을 평가한 후, 암세포를 대상으로 광역학 치료 효과를 분석한 결과, 본 발명에서 개발한 면역항암제가 탑재된 MOF 기반 소재가 우수한 암 세포 사멸 효과를 나타내는 것을 확인함으로써, 본 발명을 완성하였다.
상기 과제를 해결하기 위해, 본 발명은 면역항암제가 결합되어 있는 금속-유기 프레임워크(Metal-Organic framework) 입자를 유효성분으로 포함하는, 암 치료를 위한 광역학 치료용 약학 조성물을 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 약학 조성물을 암을 치료하기에 유효한 양으로 개체에 투여한 후 빛을 조사하는 단계를 포함하는, 암의 치료 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 면역항암제가 탑재된 금속-유기 프레임워크(Metal-Organic framework, MOF) 기반 소재는 탑재된 면역활성 약물의 질환부위에서의 국부적인 서방출과 활성산소종의 지속적 발생을 통해 암을 치료할 수 있는 신규한 약학 조성물로 활용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 유효성분은 1회 투여 시 장기간 체내에서 면역활성 약물이 방출되어 환자의 체내 면역반응을 오랫동안 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라 광역학 치료를 병행할 수 있으므로 치료 효율을 획기적으로 높일수 있을 뿐만 아니라 면역항암제의 전신 노출 및 정상세포에의 노출을 최소화하여 환자의 안전성을 극히 향상 시킬수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은 면역항암제가 결합되어 있는 금속-유기 프레임워크(Metal-Organic framework) 입자를 유효성분으로 포함하는, 암 치료를 위한 광역학 치료용 약학 조성물을 제공한다.
본 발명에서 용어 "금속-유기 프레임워크(Metal-Organic framework, MOF)"는 다양한 금속과 유기리간드로 구성된 3차원 다공성 구조체로서 제조하는 기술에 따라 입자의 크기, 형상, 세공(micropore) 등을 조절할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따른 약학 조성물에 있어서, 상기 금속-유기 프레임워크(Metal-Organic framework)는 포피린(porphyrin) 리간드와 금속이온의 결합으로 형성된 것일 수 있고, 바람직하게는 PCN-221, PCN-222, PCN-223, PCN-224, MOF-545 또는 MOF-525 등 일 수 있으며, 보다 바람직하게는 PCN-223일 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다.
PCN-223은 지르코늄(zirconium, Zr)과 유기리간드((4-카르복시페닐) 포르피린; 광감각제로 기능)로 이루어진 3차원 다공성 구조를 갖는 물질로, PCN-223의 세공에 면역항암제를 탑재하여 항암치료에 이용하면 광역학 치료(photodynamic therapy)와 면역치료를 동시에 가능하게 한다. 특히 본 발명의 면역항암제가 결합되어 있는 금속-유기 프레임워크 입자는 PCN-223의 Zr 클러스터의 비포화된 금속 자리(unsaturated metal site)에 면역항암제가 배위결합으로 탑재되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 결합에 따라 면역항암제의 방출 기간이 길고 정상세포에의 노출이 최소화되어 질환부위로의 전달 효율이 극대화되는 장점이 있다.
본 명세서에서 용어 "광감작제(photosensitizer)"는 빛에 의해 활성화되어 광화학반응을 할 수 있는 물질일 수 있다. 광촉매, 광역학치료 등에 사용되는 유기 분자에서 삼중항 여기 상태를 발생시키는데 사용될 수 있다. 주로 암 치료에서 인체에 투입된 후 광 조사에 의해 일중항산소를 발생시켜 세포를 사멸시키는데 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명에서 용어 "면역항암제"는 암 자체를 공격하는 기존 항암제와는 달리 인공면역 단백질을 체내에 주입하여 면역체계를 자극함으로써 면역세포가 선택적으로 암 세포만을 공격하도록 유도하는 치료 제제를 의미한다. 암세포가 획득한 면역억제 또는 면역회피 기전을 극복하기 위하여 면역체계의 종양 인지능력 또는 파괴능력을 회복 또는 강화시키는 기전의 약제라 할 수 있다. 상기 면역항암제는 수동면역치료에 사용되는 것과 능동면역치료에 사용되는 것으로 구분할 수 있는데, 수동면역치료에는 면역체크포인트억제제(immune checkpoint inhibitor), 면역세포치료제(immune cell therapy), 치료용 항체(therapeutic antibody) 등이 있으며, 능동면역치료에는 암치료 백신(vaccine), 면역조절제(immune-modulating agents) 등이 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 상기 면역항암제와 관련하여, 약학정보원(https://www.health.kr/main.asp)에서 발간한 이슈&트렌드 면역항암제에 잘 기재되어 있다.
본 발명에 따른 약학 조성물에 있어서, 상기 면역항암제는 바람직하게는 면역조절제(immune-modulating agents)일 수 있고, 보다 구체적으로는 TLR7 (Toll-like receptor 7) 및/또는 TLR8의 작용제(agonist) 일 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다.
본 발명의 일 구현 예에 있어서, 상기 면역항암제는 이미다졸퀴놀린(imidazoquinoline) 화합물일 수 있으며, 보다 구체적으로는 레시퀴모드(Resiquimod, R-848) 일 수 있으나, 상기 화합물로 제한되지 않는다.
TLR (Toll-like receptor)은 주로 면역세포에서 발현되며 포유동물의 본래의 면역 반응에 중요한 역할을 한다. TLR은 PAMP (Pathogen-associated molecular patterns)을 검출하고 MyD88-의존성 인터루킨 1 수용체(IL-1R)-TLR 신호 경로를 통해서 면역세포를 자극하며, 그 결과 전사 인자 NF-κB2의 활성화를 유도한다. 열 가지의 작용성 TLR 패밀리(TLR1 내지 TLR10)가 인간에서 동정되었다(Akira S. et al., Nature Immunol., (2001) 2:675-680). 항암 면역치료법에 적용하기 위해 임상 시험이 진행중인 TLR 표적은 TLR3, 4, 7, 8, 9 등이 있다(SE Lee and JH Rhee, J. Bacteriol. Virol. (2012), 42(3):255-262).
본 발명의 약학 조성물에 있어서, 상기 암은 대장암, 간암, 폐암, 유방암, 흑색종, 위암, 결장암, 피부암, 난소암, 자궁경부암, 갑상선암, 신장암, 전립선암, 방광암, 췌장암, 식도암 또는 섬유육종일 수 있고, 바람직하게는 대장암일 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다.
본 발명의 약학 조성물은 임상투여시 비경구로 투여가 가능하며 일반적인 의약품 제제의 형태로 사용될 수 있다. 비경구 투여는 직장, 정맥, 복막, 근육, 동맥, 경피, 비강(nasal), 흡입, 안구 및 피하와 같은 경구 이외의 투여경로를 통한 투여를 의미할 수 있다. 제제화할 경우에는 보통 사용하는 충진제, 증량제, 결합제, 습윤제, 붕해제, 계면활성제 등의 희석제 또는 부형제를 사용하여 조제된다. 비경구 투여를 위한 제제에는 멸균된 수용액, 비수성 용제, 현탁제, 유제, 동결건조제제, 좌제가 포함된다. 비수성 용제 및 현탁 용제로는 프로필렌글리콜(propylene glycol), 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 올리브 오일과 같은 식물성 기름, 에틸올레이트와 같은 주사 가능한 에스테르 등이 사용될 수 있다. 좌제의 기제로는 위텝솔(witepsol), 마크로골, 트윈tween) 61, 카카오지, 라우린지, 글리세로 젤라틴 등이 사용될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 상기 약학 조성물을 의약품으로 사용하는 경우, 본 발명의 유효성분 외 추가로 동일 또는 유사한 기능을 나타내는 성분을 1종 이상 함유할 수 있다. 상기 동일 또는 유사한 기능을 나타내는 성분은 바람직하게는 항암제일 수 있고, 상기 항암제는 액티노마이신 D(actinomycin D), 블레오마이신 설페이트(bleomycin sulfate), 다우노마이신(daunomycin), 다우노루비신(daunorubicin), 독소루비신(doxorubicin), 에피루비신(epirubicin), 아이다루비신(idarubicin), 미토마이신(mitomycin), 미토마이신-C(mitomycin-C), 미트라마이신(mitramycin), 이리노테칸(irinotecan), 캠프토테신(camptothecin), 노보비오신(novobiocin), 에피루비신(epirubicin), 닥티노마이신(dactinomycin), 암사크린(amsacrine), 테니포시드(teniposide), 에토포시드(etoposide) 시스플라틴(cisplatin), 카르보플라틴(carboplatin), 옥살리플라틴(oxaliplatin), 파클리탁셀(paclitaxel), 도세탁셀(docetaxel), 제피티닙(gefitinib), 엘로티닙(erlotinib) 및 아파티닙(afatinib) 중에서 선택된 하나 이상, 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염 및 이들의 혼합물 등을 포함할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다.
또한, 상기 약학 조성물은 생리식염수 또는 유기용매와 같이 약제로 허용된 여러 전달체(carrier)와 혼합하여 사용될 수 있고, 안정성이나 흡수성을 증가시키기 위하여 글루코스, 수크로스 또는 덱스트란과 같은 탄수화물, 아스코르브산 또는 글루타치온과 같은 항산화제, 킬레이트화제(chelating agents), 저분자 단백질 또는 다른 안정화제들이 약제로 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명은 또한, 본 발명의 약학 조성물을 암을 치료하기에 유효한 양으로 개체에 투여한 후 빛을 조사하는 단계를 포함하는, 암의 치료 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 암의 치료 방법에 있어서, 상기 약학 조성물은 면역항암제가 결합되어 있으며, 광감작제로 작용하여 일중항산소를 생성할 수 있는 유기리간드를 포함하는 금속-유기 프레임워크 입자를 유효성분으로 포함하고 있어, 항암 면역치료와 광역학 치료 효과를 동시에 나타낼 수 있으므로, 암의 치료에 이용될 수 있다. 상기 면역항암제 및 유기리간드를 포함하는 금속-유기 프레임워크 입자는 전술한 것과 같다.
또한, 본 발명의 치료 방법에 있어서, 상기 개체는 인간을 제외한 포유동물 개체일 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다.
본 발명에서 용어 "유효량" 또는 "치료적 유효량"은 유리한 또는 요망되는 결과를 야기하기에 충분한 작용제의 양을 지칭한다. 치료적 유효량은 치료되는 대상체 및 병태, 대상체의 체중 및 연령, 병태의 중증도, 투여 방식 등 중 하나 이상에 따라 달라질 수 있으며, 이는 당업자에 의해 용이하게 결정될 수 있다. 특정 용량은 선택된 특정 작용제, 뒤따르는 투여 요법, 그것이 다른 화합물과 병용하여 투여되는지 여부, 투여 시기, 영상화되는 조직 및 그것을 운반하는 신체 전달 시스템 중 하나 이상에 따라 달라질 수 있다.
본 발명의 암 치료 방법에서 상기 투여는 목적 조직에 도달할 수 있는 한 어떠한 일반적인 경로를 통하여도 투여될 수 있다. 본 발명의 약학 조성물의 투여 방법은 바람직하게는 종양내 주입(intra tumoral injection)으로 하여 정상조직에 부작용을 최소화하고 투약 후 암세포에만 빛을 조사하여 광역학 치료를 처치함으로써 암세포 집중 치료를 통해 항암 효과를 극대화시킬 수 있으며, 투여한 국소 위치에서 면역항암제가 서방출되어 면역세포의 활성화를 통해 암의 전이 및 재발을 억제할 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명을 실시예에 의해 상세히 설명한다. 단, 하기 실시예는 본 발명을 예시하는 것일 뿐, 본 발명의 내용이 하기 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
재료 및 방법
1. PCN-223의 합성
지르코닐 클로라이드 옥타하이드레이트(zirconyl chloride octahydrate, ZrOCl2·8H2O) 114 ㎎과 테트라키스(4-카복시페닐)포르피린(tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)porphyrin) 215 ㎎을 측량하여 준비하고 디메틸포름아미드(dimethylformamide, DMF) 66 ㎖에 녹였다. 두가지 시약이 모두 용해된 후 아세트산 8.8 ㎖을 넣고 수열합성기에 옮긴 뒤 100℃ 오븐에서 18시간 동안 반응시켰다. 반응 후 반응물을 수득하여 15,000 rpm으로 10분간 원심분리한 후 상층액을 제거하였다. DMF 30 ㎖을 펠렛에 넣고 재현탁시켜 수득물을 세척하였다. 이후 동일한 방법으로 3번의 세척 과정을 거치고, 에탄올 30 ㎖을 3번 처리하여 마지막 원심분리 과정에서 상층의 에탄올을 버린 후 하층의 PCN-223 입자를 80℃ 오븐에서 2시간 건조하여 수득하였다. 입자가 잘 생성되었는지 확인하기 위하여 분말 X-선 회절(powder X-ray diffraction, PXRD)을 측정하였다.
2. PCN-223의 면역항암제 탑재
PCN-223 입자를 진공오븐에서 12시간 전처리하여 포화되지 않은 금속 자리(unsaturated metal site)를 확보한다. 에탄올 5 ㎖에 레시퀴모드(Resiquimod) 5 ㎎ 용해시킨뒤 PCN-223 50 ㎎을 넣고 2시간 교반한다. 2시간 경과 후 5,000 rpm으로 10분간 원심분리하여 입자를 침전시키고 상층액은 제거한다. 새 에탄올을 10 ㎖ 넣고 세척과정을 3회 반복한다. 최종 원심분리 후 샘플을 수거하여 80℃ 오븐에서 1시간 건조하여 레시퀴모드가 탑재된 PCN-223 (이하, PCN-223/Resiquimod)을 획득한다.
3. 레시퀴모드(Resiquimod) 탑재량 평가
PCN-223/Resiquimod 5 ㎎을 측량하고 탈이온수 20 ㎖에 넣은 뒤 소니케이터(sonicator)를 이용하여 현탁시키고, 37% 염산 1 ㎖을 넣고 24시간 동안 37℃ 오븐에 넣어 입자를 붕괴시킨 후 샘플을 1 ㎖을 획득한다. HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography)를 이용하여 샘플내 레시퀴모드의 양을 측정하고 이를 환산하여 PCN-223/Resiquimod 시료의 레시퀴모드 탑재량을 확인한다.
4. PCN-223/Resiquimod의 세포독성 평가
L929 세포(murine fibroblast cells)를 5% CO2, 37℃ 세포배양기에서 배양한 뒤 96-웰 플레이트에 1×104 세포/웰로 접종(seeding)한 후 24시간 배양한 후 각 웰 내의 배지를 제거하고, PCN-223/Resiquimod를 새로운 배지에 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 또는 100 ㎍/㎖의 농도로 준비하여 웰 당 100 ㎕의 볼륨으로 투입한다. 24시간 동안 5% CO2, 37℃에서 배양한 후 플레이트 내의 입자 현탁액을 제거하고 DPBS를 이용하여 각 웰을 3회 세척한다. 마지막으로 새로운 배지 90 ㎕ 및 EZ-cytox 시약 10 ㎕을 각 웰에 넣은 후 37℃ 세포배양기에서 1시간 반응시킨 뒤 microplate reader를 사용하여 450/600 nm에서의 흡광도를 측정하여 세포의 생존률을 확인한다.
5. PCN-223/Resiquimod의 광역학 치료(photodynamic therapy) 시험
MC38 세포(murine colon adenocarcinoma cells)를 5% CO2, 37℃ 세포배양기에서 배양한 뒤 96-웰 플레이트에 1×104 세포/웰로 접종(seeding)한 후 24시간 배양한 후 각 웰 내의 배지를 제거하고, PCN-223/Resiquimod를 새로운 배지에 50 ㎍/㎖의 농도로 준비하여 웰 당 100 ㎕의 볼륨으로 투입한다. Laser(모델:LAB-808CW1-3000MW400F)를 광원으로 하여 플레이트의 상단 1 cm 위치에 레이저 팁을 위치하여 고정한 후 100 mA/cm2의 전류 밀도로 레이저를 5분간 조사하였다. 1시간마다 5분씩 레이저를 조사하였으며 3회 수행 후 세포배양 플레이트를 배양기에 옮기고 24시간 동안 배양한 후 새로운 배지 90 ㎕ 및 EZ-cytox 시약 10 ㎕을 각 웰에 넣은 후 37℃에서 1시간 반응시킨 뒤 microplate reader를 사용하여 450/600 nm에서의 흡광도를 측정하여 세포의 생존률을 확인한다.
실시예 1. PCN-223 합성 결과 분석
제조된 PCN-223 입자의 PXRD 결과, PXRD 패턴이 PCN-223 시뮬레이션과 일치하는 것을 확인하였고, 이는 제조된 입자가 PCN-223의 결정구조를 가지고 합성되었음을 시사하였다(도 1). 또한 N2 흡착을 통한 BET (Brunauer-Emmett-Teller) 분석 결과, PCN-223 입자의 비표면적은 679 m2/g으로 측정되었으며(도 2), 입도분석 결과 합성된 입자의 평균입도는 831 nm이고, 세공크기는 6 Å으로 확인되었다(도 3 및 도 4). 이상의 결과를 통해 PCN-223이 우수한 표면적 및 다공성을 지녀 약물 전달체로서 기능할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.
또한, PCN-223과 PCN-223/Resiquimod의 모양을 주사전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과, 약물 탑재에 따른 입자의 크기 및 모양 변화는 관찰되지 않았다(도 5). 또한, PCN-223/Resiquimod에 탑재된 레시퀴모드의 양을 HPLC로 분석한 결과 PCN-223/Resiquimod 내의 레시퀴모드 탑재량은 12.8 ㎍/㎎으로 확인되었다.
실시예 2. PCN-223/Resiquimod의 세포독성 평가 결과
PCN-223/Resiquimod의 세포독성을 평가한 결과 시험 농도범위인 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 ㎍/㎖ 모두에서 무처리 대조군 대비 90% 이상 생존하여 세포독성이 없음을 확인하였다(도 6).
실시예 3. PCN-223/Resiquimod의 광역학 치료 시험 결과
PCN-223/Resiquimod의 암 치료 효과를 평가하기 위해, 대장암 세포에 PCN-223/Resiquimod을 처리한 후 1시간마다 5분씩 총 3회에 걸쳐 레이저를 조사한 후 세포 생존율을 분석하였다. 그 결과, PCN-223/Resiquimod 및 레이저 처리그룹에서 무처리군 대비하여 세포 생존률이 48.2%로 낮게 확인되어 레이저 조사에 의한 PCN-223으로부터의 활성산소종(ROS) 생성으로 대장암 세포의 생존률이 유의미하게 감소하였음을 확인하였다(도 7).

- 면역항암제가 결합되어 있는 금속-유기 프레임워크(Metal-Organic framework) 입자를 유효성분으로 포함하는, 암 치료를 위한 광역학 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속-유기 프레임워크는 포피린(porphyrin) 리간드와 금속이온의 결합으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 약학 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 면역항암제는 면역조절제(immune-modulating agents)인 것을 특징으로 하는 약학 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 면역조절제는 TLR7 (Toll-like receptor 7) 또는 TLR8의 작용제(agonist)인 것을 특징으로 하는 약학 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 암은 대장암, 간암, 폐암, 유방암, 흑색종, 위암, 결장암, 피부암, 난소암, 자궁경부암, 갑상선암, 신장암, 전립선암, 방광암, 췌장암, 식도암 또는 섬유육종인 것을 특징으로 하는 약학 조성물.
- 제1항의 약학 조성물을 암을 치료하기에 유효한 양으로 개체에 투여한 후 빛을 조사하는 단계를 포함하는, 암의 치료 방법.
