실시예 1. 추출물의 제조Example 1. Preparation of extract
건조된 강황 50 g, 센나 50 g을 분쇄한 후, 95% 에탄올 500 ml을 가하여 40~80℃에서 2시간 동안 가열추출하고 여과하였다. 이 추출과정을 2회 반복하고 농축하여 각각의 추출물을 얻었다. 상기 추출물들을 DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide)에 100 mg/ml로 용해시켜 스톡 용액을 제조하여 이용하였다.After pulverizing 50 g of dried turmeric and 50 g of senna, 500 ml of 95% ethanol was added, heat-extracted at 40-80°C for 2 hours, and filtered. 추출물의 블루라이트 흡광 및 투과 변화를 알아보기 위해 블루라이트 파장인 300nm~420nm에서 측정하였고, 그 결과는 도 1, 도 2에 나타내었다.To determine changes in blue light absorption and transmission of the extract, measurements were made at blue light wavelengths of 300 nm to 420 nm, and the results are shown in Figures 1 and 2.
측정결과, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 추출물이 블루라이트 범위인 300~420nm의 파장을 흡수하는 것을 보여준다. 강황 추출물과 센나 추출물, 그리고 강황과 센나의 복합물 중 강황과 센나의 복합물이 300~420nm에서 가장 큰 흡광도를 나타내었다(도 1).The measurement results show that the extract according to the embodiment of the present invention absorbs a wavelength of 300 to 420 nm, which is the blue light range.
