모달섬유방적사(30수)를 경사로, PLA사(150d)를 위사로 사용하여 평직조직으로 제직한 교직물을 먼저, 호발효소인 아밀라아제 및 비이온성 습윤제를 사용하여 직물내에 존재하는 호부 제거하는 통상적인 면섬유의 호발공정과 동일하게 호발을 한 후, 90~120℃ 이내의 온도설정으로 정련공정을 하고 수세한 후, 불꽃길이를 1.5~2.5㎜로 조절하여 교직물의 모달섬유사에 존재하는 표면 잔털을 제거하는 모소공정을 하였다. 모소공정이후 상기 직물을 셀룰라아제 3% O.W.F를 함유하는 효소가공액에 40℃정도의 저온탕에서 40분간 처리하는 효소감량가공을 하였다. 상기 효소감량가공후에는 4차암모늄화합물 7중량%, Ethoxylated alcohol 2중량%, 1,2-Ethanediol 1중량% 및 잔부로서 증류수로 이루어진 섬유유연제 3중량%를 함유하는 수세액에서 수세공정을 하여 본 발명의 모달―PLA 교직물의 친환경 효소가공방법을 완료하였다. 도 1은 효소가공 전의 교직물사진이며, 도 2는 효소가공 후의 교직물사진으로서 본 발명의 가공에 의해 교직물의 부드러운 터치 및 형태안정성이 향상된 것을 알 수 있다. 도 3에서는 가공후의 교직물의 견뢰도를 측정하여 나타내었다으며, 도 4의 치수변화율 측정결과에서는 낮은 치수변화율을 확인할 수 있어 형태안정성이 우수하다는 것을 알 수 있다.A regular cotton fiber that is woven as a plain weave using modal fiber spun yarn (count 30) as the warp yarn and PLA yarn (150d) as the weft.
