Abstract

본 발명은, 어떠한 경우에도 회전캡이 본체로부터 완전히 분리되지 않음으로써 회전캡이 분실되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 일체형 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 펌프 용기에 뚜껑을 없애고 회전캡이 본체로부터 완전히 분리되지 않음으로써 회전캡이 분실되는 것을 방지하도록 한 펌프용기로, 개방된 "U"자형 프레임의 상부면에는 상단캡(10)과 푸시버튼(22)이 있는 본체(20)가 있으며, 미 사용시에 쉽게 눌릴 수 있음을 막아주는 눌림방지턱(18)이 있는 회전캡(26)이 있어, 회전캡(26)이 있는 본체(20)에 푸시버튼(22)을 눌러 쉽게 회전캡(26)을 열고 닫을 수 있도록 제작되었다.

Description

회전 개폐식 펌프 용기{ROTARY RETRACTABLE PUMP VESSEL}
본 발명은 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 펌프 용기에 뚜껑을 없애고 푸시 버튼을 눌러 사용할 수 있는 일체형 회전캡을 달아, 사용시에 회전캡이 본체로부터 완전 분리되지 않음으로써 회전캡이 분실되는 것을 방지하도록 한, 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 펌프 용기는 눌리는 것을 방지하기 위하여 뚜껑이 있는 경우가 많아, 뚜껑의 분실 위험성이 높아진다.
이에 뚜껑 분실의 위험을 줄일 수 있는 용기들이 개발되고 있으며, 최근에는 휴대의 편리성을 갖추기 위해 뚜껑이 없는 일체형 용기가 개발되고 있다.
그러나, 편리성을 위해 개발되는 일체형 용기라도 펌프 용기에는 미사용시 눌릴 수 있는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명의 사상이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는, 펌프 용기의 내용물을 사용시 회전캡이 본체와 완전히 분리되지 않음으로써 회전캡이 분실되는 것을 방지하며, 눌림방지턱이 있어 미사용시에도 펌프가 눌리는 것을 막을 수 있는 일체형 회전캡을 갖는 , 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기을 제공하는 데 있다.
펌프 용기의 뚜껑을 없애고 회전캡만 내리면 눌러서 사용할 수 있는 상단캡으로 내용물 사용이 간편하며, 푸시 버튼이 달려있는 본체로 일체형 회전캡을 회전시킬 수 있으며, 눌림방지턱으로 미사용시에도 펌프가 눌리는 것을 막아주는 일체형 회전캡을 쉽게 열고 닫을 수 있는 시스템을 제공한다.
본 발명에 의하면, 회전캡이 본체에 구속되어 있어 펌프 용기를 사용시에 회전캡을 분실할 염려가 없으며, 보관시 눌림방지턱으로 인해 펌프가 눌리는 것을 막을 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
도 1은 본 발명의 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기의 회전캡이 열린 정면도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기의 미사용 상태를 보인 정면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기의 본체와 펌프모즐을 분리한 분해도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기의 본체에서 펌프모즐을 꺼내어 본 사시도이다.
이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조로 전술한 특징을 갖는 본 발명의 실시예를 더욱 상세히 설명하고자 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기의 회전캡이 열린 정면도이며, 도 2는 본 발명의 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기의 미사용시 상태를 보인 정면도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기의 본체와 펌프모즐을 분리한 분해도이며, 도 4는 본 발명의 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기의 본체에서 펌프모즐을 꺼내어 본 사시도이다.
이하, 도 1 내지 도 4를 참조하여, 전술한 구성의 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기를 구체적으로 상술하면 다음과 같다.
우선, 본 발명의 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기는, 개방된 "U"자형 프레임의 상부면에는 상단캡(10)과 푸시버튼(22)이 있는 본체(20)가 있으며, 미 사용시에 쉽게 눌릴 수 있음을 막아주는 눌림방지턱(18)이 있는 회전캡(26)이 있어, 회전캡(26)이 있는 본체(20)에 푸시버튼(22)을 눌러 쉽게 회전캡(26)을 열고 닫을 수 있도록 제작되었다.
여기서, 회전 개폐식 펌프 용기는, 펌프캡(30)과, 스템(36), 스프링(40), 하우징(42), 튜브(50)를 포함하고 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 펌프 용기의 뚜껑을 없애, 회전캡만 내리면 간편하게 눌러서 사용할 수 있는 상단캡;
    간편하게 눌러 사용이 가능한, 일체형 회전캡을 회전시킬 수 있는 푸시 버튼이 달려있는 본체;
    눌림방지턱으로 미사용시에도 펌프가 눌리는 것을 막아주는 일체형 회전캡;
    일체형 회전캡을 본체에 있는 푸시 버튼으로 쉽게 열고 닫을 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
    회전 개폐식 펌프 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상단캡은,
    펌프 용기에 뚜껑을 없애고, 내용물을 사용시 일체형 회전캡을 내려 간편하게 사용이 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
