Abstract
건축 내장재로 질석 진주암 등의 광물성 재료를 고온에서 팽창 시켜 벽지 보드 타일 등의 형태로 가공하여 사용하고 있다. 특히 팽창질석이나 팽창진주석 등은 가볍고 미관이 자연스럽고 내추럴하며 친환경 적이고 단열성 조습성 탈취성 난연성 원적외선 방사 등의 기능이 있어 건축용 내장재로 다양하게 이용되고 있다. 본 발명은 이러한 광물성 건축 내장재의 표면을 강화시켜 내구성을 향상시키고 항균성 탈취성 난연성을 부가하며 다양한 색상과 문양등 미적 감각을 개선시키기 위한 것이다. 본 발명은 건축 내장재 로 쓰이는 팽창질석이나 팽창진주석 등 팽창 광물을 내구성이 있는 천연섬유나 종이 등 시트에 광물성 난연 접착제로 부착시켜 벽지형태의 난연성 베이스 시트를 만든 후 하단에 천연물 소재 베이스 보드를 접착하고 상단에 기능성이 부가된 옻칠 코팅을 함으로서 기능성 강화 건축 내장재(벽지, 보드, 타일)를 제공 할 수 있게 된다.Mineral materials such as vermiculite and perlite are used as building interior materials by expanding them at high temperatures and processing them into forms such as wallpaper, boards, and tiles.
