Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a waste tire eco-friendly roof tile, a method for manufacturing the same, and a roof construction method using the waste tire eco-friendly tile, and more specifically, since a roof tile can be manufactured using waste tires, it can contribute to cost reduction It relates to a waste tire eco-friendly roof tile, a method for manufacturing the same, and a roof construction method using the waste tire eco-friendly tile, which can solve the environmental pollution problem caused by the disposal of the waste tire while being capable of being used.
A roofing tile is a building material used to cover the roof of a house. It is produced by making high-quality clay into a certain shape using a mold such as a mogol or wabeom, and then baking it at a high temperature in a kiln.
Originally, vegetable materials such as thatch, rice straw, and tree bark were used for the roofs of wooden buildings, but they had to be replaced frequently due to their low durability.
These tiles are constructed as shown in FIG. That is, it is constructed in such a way that the
On the other hand, the tiles constructed as shown in FIG. 1, that is, the amkiwa (50) and the sukiwa (60), are largely divided into clay tiles and cement tiles, as briefly mentioned above, and there are cases in which they are manufactured using other special materials. Recently, conventional New roofs other than clay tiles or cement tiles
As a material, single (straight asphalt is infiltrated into the base paper for asphalt roofing and colored sand is attached to the surface to form a certain shape, and other non-combustible materials made of glass fiber, synthetic resin, and mineral powder mixture without using asphalt-based materials for the core material There is also single), asbestos slate (mixed with cement and asbestos and compressed and molded into a corrugated, tiled, or single-like shape), metal tile (made of a tiled metal plate with anti-coloration treatment on the surface), etc. Products using new materials are being manufactured.
Demand for clay tiles declined at one time due to their drawbacks such as being heavier, less earthquake-resistant, and easily damaged by impact or frost damage than products made of these new materials, but reevaluated for their outstanding features such as appearance, water resistance, fire resistance, insulation, and durability. In addition, research on high strength, toughness, and light weight has been actively conducted, and recently, the use of clay tiles is increasing.
However, considering the fact that clay tiles are expensive, and the use of these clay tiles inevitably requires a lot of cost in constructing a roof, a plan to utilize waste tires that are inexpensive and eco-friendly is required.

A waste tire cutting step of cutting the prepared waste tire according to the size of the waste tire arm height and the waste tire number height;
a waste tire injection and processing step of inserting the cut waste tire into a predetermined injection molding machine and performing injection processing in the form of the waste tire arm key and the waste tire number key;
A waste tire heat treatment step of heat treating the injection-processed waste tire; and
Including a waste tire drilling step of manufacturing first and second screw holes in the heat-treated product, respectively, to produce waste tire Amkiwa and waste tire Sukiwa, which are final products,
The waste tire arm key is formed concavely by cutting the waste tire into a predetermined size, injection processing, heat treatment, and a plurality of first screw holes are formed on the plate surface,
The waste tire sukiwa is formed convexly by cutting the waste tire into a predetermined size, injection processing, heat treatment, and a plurality of second screw holes are formed on the plate surface,
The width of the waste tire number key is processed to be narrower than the width of the waste tire female key,
A method for manufacturing eco-friendly tiles from waste tires, characterized in that a stepped portion is formed at an end region of the waste tire kiwa along a direction in which the waste tire kiwa overlaps.
