If R1 is less than 170 mm, the cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask 1 cannot correspond to the curves of the chin and facial contours, and there is a possibility that the angle of the jawbone of the user is not covered and exposed. The cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask 1 is placed on the face so that the eye openings 21r, 21l, the nose cutout 12, and the mouth opening 13 correspond to the eyes, nose, and mouth, respectively. Further, the hairline portions 14r and 14l, the temple portions 15r and 15l, the ear proximate portions 16r and 16l, the jawbone angle portions 27r and 27l, and the chin portions 28r and 28l do not need to be connected so as to be continuous with each other. and are connected to each other.

Since the cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask 1 can be formed from a single nonwoven fabric, a mask with a large number of members, such as a mask formed by attaching two or more sheets of nonwoven fabric or a mask having a separate ear-hung structure (e.g., a 3D mask) , and ear masks), the manufacturing cost can be reduced. The fiber (material) constituting the nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include natural fibers and chemical fibers. Examples of chemical fibers include inorganic fibers such as metal fibers; refined fibers such as lyocell (tencel); regenerated fibers such as rayon and casein fibers; semi-synthetic fibers such as acetate; and synthetic fibers such as nylon, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, acrylic, polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyurethane. The fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric may be used singly or in combination of two or more.

The structure of the nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited as long as it has a laminated structure or does not have a laminated structure, as long as a desired effect is imparted. Although it does not specifically limit as said nonwoven fabric, A spun bond nonwoven fabric, a spunlace nonwoven fabric, a thermal bond nonwoven fabric, a needle punch nonwoven fabric, a stitch bond nonwoven fabric, etc. are mentioned. Since the face mask 1 impregnated with cosmetic liquid does not have a structure to be hung on the user's ears, compared to a mask impregnated with cosmetic liquid to be hung in the ears, the user's hair is not contaminated.

In addition, the cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask 1 of the above embodiment has one or more of the following effects.

(1) A face mask is provided which is excellent in adhesion and hardly peels off.

(2) A face mask capable of covering up to the user's chin and restraining or preventing contact of the face mask to the user's hair, ears or neck when worn is provided.

(3) Since it has excellent adhesion, mid-floating during wearing is prevented, and a face mask usable in a state in close contact with the face for a long time is provided.

(4) It is possible to manufacture a face mask from a sheet-like base material composed of a single flat sheet, so that the manufacturing process can be simplified and reduced in cost.

Next, the second cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask 2 and the second sheet-like substrate 50 according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 3 .

The cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask 2 is mainly composed of the cosmetic composition according to the embodiment described above and a sheet-like substrate 50 for face mask impregnated with the cosmetic composition. The sheet-like substrate 50 is made of a single sheet of nonwoven fabric having a basis weight in the range of 30 to 100 g/m 2 , and has eye openings 21r and 21l, a nose cutout 52, a mouth opening 13, and a hairline portion. 14r, 14l, temple portions 15r, 15l, ear proximal portions 16r, 16l, jaw bone portions (mandibular angle portions) 57r, 57l, and jaw portions 58r, 58l. The sheet-like substrate 50 has a shape that is line symmetrical with respect to a central perpendicular line Z that runs vertically through its center. In FIG. 3, the boundary of each part is indicated by a broken line. The second sheet-like base material is different from the first embodiment in the aspects of the nose cutout portion 52, jawbone angle portions 57r and 57l, and jaw portions 58r and 58l. Hereinafter, these will be mainly described, and the same reference numerals will be given to the same configurations as those in the first embodiment, and descriptions will be omitted.

The nose cut-out 52 forms a nose opening provided at a position corresponding to the user's nose, and consists of a cutting line 52 provided along both side edges and the lower edge of the nose. The width of the nose cutout 52 is longer than that of the nose cutout 12 according to the first embodiment at any position in the vertical direction of the nose cutout 52 . Both side edges and lower edge of this cutting line 52 are made of straight lines, and both are connected by a partial circle having an arbitrary radius. The jawbone angles 57r and 57l are formed as partial circles having a radius of 45 mm and an arbitrary inner angle, and are positioned at least below the nose cutout portion 52. Next, the third cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask 3 and the third sheet-like substrate 60 according to the third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 4 .

The cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask 3 is mainly composed of the cosmetic composition according to the embodiment described above and a sheet-like base material 60 for a face mask impregnated with the cosmetic composition. The sheet-like base material 60 is made of one sheet of nonwoven fabric having a basis weight in the range of 30 to 100 g/m 2 , and includes eye cuts 61r and 61l, nose cuts 62, mouth openings 13, and a hairline. It mainly includes parts 14r and 14l, temple parts 15r and 15l, ear proximal parts 16r and 16l, jawbone parts (mandibular angle parts) 67r and 67l, and jaw parts 68r and 68l. The sheet-like base material 60 has a shape that is line symmetric with respect to a central perpendicular line Z that runs vertically through its center. In any embodiment, the material of the sheet-like substrates 20, 50, 60 is not particularly limited as long as it can be impregnated with the cosmetic composition. The material of the sheet-like substrates 20, 50, and 60 may be composed of knitted or woven fabric instead of nonwoven fabric, or may be composed of a plurality of fabrics instead of one sheet. In any embodiment, the sheet-like substrates 20, 50, and 60 are preferably composed of a single flat sheet in view of a simple and low-cost manufacturing process. The cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask according to the above embodiment has excellent adhesion even when a sheet-like base material composed of a flat sheet is used, and peeling or intermediate lifting at the time of wearing can be suppressed.

The thickness of the sheet-like substrates 20, 50, and 60 may be within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention, and is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, 20 μm to 1000 μm or 50 μm to 600 μm.

The impregnation method is not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected depending on the purpose, and for example, a method of dropping or spraying a cosmetic composition on the sheet-like substrates 20, 50, and 60, or A method of immersing in a cosmetic composition is mentioned.

After impregnation, in order to prevent volatilization of components in the cosmetic composition, it is preferable to pack and provide the cosmetic liquid-impregnated face masks 1, 2, and 3 with an aluminum pouch having good sealability. Example

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on examples, but the present invention is not limited only to these examples. In the following examples, unless otherwise specified, all experiments were conducted at 25±3°C.

Measurement and evaluation of the physical properties of the cosmetic composition prepared below were performed by the methods shown below.

(1) Yarn length (mm)

According to the method described in the following steps 1 to 3, the yarn length (mm) of the cosmetic composition was measured. The measurement was performed at a temperature of 25±3°C.

Step 1: A container A (inner diameter: 30 mm, volume: 10 mL) is prepared, and a sample of the cosmetic composition is filled so as to have the same height as the edge of the container A.

Step 2: Attach a stainless disk-shaped pressure-reducing shaft (No.1 adapter, 20 mm in diameter) to a viscoelasticity measuring device (CR-3000EX, manufactured by San Electronics Co., Ltd.), and then place the container A filled with the sample prepared in step 1 above for viscoelasticity. It is placed on the measuring table of the measuring device, and the lower surface of the pressure reducing shaft is brought into contact with the liquid surface of the specimen.

Step 3: The container A filled with the sample is lowered at a speed of 1200 mm / min to remove the sample, and at that time, the length of the yarn between the sample and the decompression shaft (maximum length of the sample stretched by tension on the decompression shaft) (mm ) is measured and defined as the 'yarn length (mm)'.

(2) Adhesion

As a sheet-like substrate, nonwoven fabrics 1 to 3 were prepared.

Non-woven fabric 1 (cellulosic non-woven fabric, basis weight 60 g/m2)

Non-woven fabric 2 (three-layer structure of rayon/pulp/rayon, basis weight 60g/m2)

Non-woven fabric 3 (Lyocell 100%, basis weight 60g/㎡)

A 0.05 mL sample of the cosmetic composition was dropped onto the skin on the inner side of the forearm, and each sheet-like substrate cut into a size of 10 mm × 20 mm was placed on the sample and left to stand. The specimen dropped on the skin impregnated the sheet-like substrate. The adhesiveness of the sheet-like base material to the skin while the specimen was left still for 15 minutes after dropping was evaluated based on the following indexes.

A: There is almost no decrease in the area of the contact area immediately after the start, and there is no intermediate lifting.

B: Slight intermediate lifting occurs gradually, and the area of the close contact area decreases slightly.

C: Intermediate lifting is confirmed immediately after the start, and the area of the contact area decreases, and a dry feeling is seen.

<Preparation and evaluation of cosmetic composition (1)>

Each component shown in Table 1 was blended, cosmetic liquids 1 to 5 were prepared as cosmetic compositions, and physical properties were measured and evaluated by the method described above. The results are shown in Table 1.

From Table 1, it is confirmed that the sheet-like substrate impregnated with the cosmetic liquids 3 to 5 having a yarn length of 10 mm or more has excellent adhesion to the skin. On the other hand, it is confirmed that the sheet-like substrate impregnated with the cosmetic liquids 1 and 2 having a yarn length of less than 10 mm lacks adhesion to the skin.

<Preparation and evaluation of cosmetic composition (2)>

Each component shown in Table 2 was blended to prepare cosmetic liquids 6 to 8 as a cosmetic composition, and physical properties were measured and evaluated by the method described above. In addition, nonwoven fabric 1 was used in this evaluation. In this evaluation, the viscosity of the cosmetic liquid was also measured.

Viscosity measurement was carried out with a B-type viscometer (TVB-25L manufactured by Toki Sangyo Co., Ltd.) at a temperature of 25±3° C. under conditions of rotor No. 1, 30 rpm, and 60 seconds.

The results are shown in Table 2. In addition, in Table 2, for comparison with cosmetic liquids 6-8, the composition and results of cosmetic liquid 4 shown in Table 1 are also shown. Cosmetic liquid 7 had a low viscosity and could not be measured.

Thickener 3: Hydroxyethyl cellulose (manufactured by Ashland Japan Co., Ltd., Natrosol 250 HHR)

Also from Table 2, it was confirmed that the sheet-like substrate impregnated with the cosmetic liquids 4, 6, and 8 having a yarn length of 10 mm or more had excellent adhesion to the skin. On the other hand, it was confirmed that the sheet-like substrate impregnated with cosmetic liquid 7 having a yarn length of less than 10 mm lacked adhesion to the skin. It was also confirmed in this evaluation that there is a tendency for adhesion to be improved depending on the yarn length.

In addition, from the comparison of the cosmetic liquids 4 and 6-8, the correlation was not confirmed between viscosity and adhesiveness. In addition, it was found that the yarn length could not be controlled only by viscosity.

In addition, from the comparison of the cosmetic liquids 1 to 8, it was confirmed that there is a correlation between yarn length and adhesiveness even when different types of thickeners are used.

<Production of cosmetic liquid impregnated face mask>

1500 parts by weight of the cosmetic liquids 2, 3 and 4 as cosmetic compositions were impregnated with 100 parts by weight of the sheet-like base material 20 for face masks shown in Fig. 1 to prepare cosmetic liquid impregnated face masks E1, E2 and E3.

Cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask C1 was produced in the same manner as above except that the cosmetic liquid 4 was used as the cosmetic composition and the comparative sheet-like base material 30 shown in FIG. 5 was used.

Cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask C2 was produced in the same manner as above except that the cosmetic liquid 4 was used as the cosmetic composition and the comparison sheet-like base material 40 shown in FIG. 7 was used.

The comparison sheet-like substrate 30 shown in FIG. 5 and the comparison sheet-like substrate 40 shown in FIG. 7 correspond to conventional examples. In Fig. 5 and Fig. 7, the same reference numerals are assigned to components similar to those in the first embodiment. The comparison sheet-like base material 30 differs from the first embodiment in the aspect of the jaw portions 38r and 38l and in not having a jawbone angle portion. The comparison sheet-like base material 40 differs from the first embodiment in the aspects of the jaw bones 47r and 47l and the jaw parts 48r and 48l.

Table 3 shows the composition of the cosmetic composition and sheet-like base material used for each cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask. <Evaluation of mask shape>

Each cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask prepared above was applied so as to cover the lower part of the chin from the user's face.

On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 6, the cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask using the comparison sheet-like base material 30 shown in Fig. 5 having a radius R1 of less than 170 mm is the corner of the jawbone (the part surrounded by the two-dot chain line in Fig. 6 ) cannot be covered.
