Description

Face pack and sheet-like substrate
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a mask, and more particularly, to a mask configured to cover at least a part of a face of a user and formed by impregnating a sheet-like substrate with a cosmetic composition.
Background
Masks for covering the face for the purpose of beauty, relaxation, etc. are known. These face masks are generally configured by impregnating a sheet-like base material molded into a mask shape with a cosmetic composition, and are used by being attached to the skin of the face. By applying the mask to the face, the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base material can act on and/or permeate the skin of the face. In order to efficiently perform the action and permeation of the cosmetic composition, it is preferable that the facial mask is attached to the face of a user without lifting or falling off from the face and is kept in a state of being attached. In recent years, for the purpose of nursing the face contour line, a face mask capable of covering the face mask under the jaw is desired, but the jaw is a portion where the face mask is likely to be peeled off by the action of the face at the time of application, and a face mask capable of preventing peeling even if applied for a certain period of time is desired.
As a surface film that is not easily peeled off, for example, patent document 1 (japanese patent application laid-open No. 2004-209143) and patent document 2 (japanese patent application laid-open No. 2010-259621) propose a surface film provided with a cut-out portion for a hanger. Such a mask is provided with ear loops to prevent separation from the face and the jaw after the mask is attached to the face. However, the mask having such ear hanging parts has the following problems: when applied, the cosmetic composition comes into contact with the hair or ear of the user, and the cosmetic composition impregnated in the mask adheres to an undesired part such as hair or ear to stain the hair or ear.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. For convenience of explanation, the dimensional scale of the drawings is sometimes exaggerated and is different from the actual scale.
The upper limit and the lower limit of the numerical range described in the present specification can be arbitrarily combined. For example, when "a to B" and "C to D" are described, the ranges of "a to D" and "C to B" are also included as numerical ranges in the scope of the present invention. The numerical range "lower limit value to upper limit value" described in the present specification means not less than the lower limit value and not more than the upper limit value unless otherwise specified.
In the present specification, all experiments were performed at 25. + -. 3 ℃.
In the present specification, "%" means weight percent unless otherwise specified.
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a mask pack including a sheet-like base material and a cosmetic composition impregnated in the sheet-like base material (hereinafter, also referred to as a "cosmetic liquid-impregnated mask pack"). In addition, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to a sheet-like base material used for a cosmetic liquid-impregnated mask.
Hereinafter, each constituent element of the cosmetic-liquid impregnated mask of the present embodiment will be described.
< cosmetic composition >
The draw length of the cosmetic composition (skin external preparation) used for the cosmetic-solution-impregnated mask of the present embodiment is 10mm or more. The cosmetic composition with a tow length of 10mm or more has a tow property suitable for a cosmetic liquid impregnated mask. The drawing property means a shape in which filaments are drawn. When the tow length of the cosmetic composition is 10mm or more, the adhesion between the cosmetic-liquid-impregnated face pack and the skin is improved, and peeling or falling off at the time of applying the cosmetic-liquid-impregnated face pack can be suppressed. In particular, even when the cosmetic liquid impregnated face mask is applied to the jaw of the user, the face mask can be prevented from peeling off. Further, by utilizing such excellent adhesiveness, the adhered state can be maintained well for a long time (preferably 15 minutes or longer, more preferably 20 minutes or longer, and further preferably 30 minutes or longer).
In the present invention, "drawn yarn length" of the cosmetic composition means the degree of drawn yarn property of the cosmetic composition, and is defined as the drawn yarn length (maximum drawn yarn length before the drawn yarn breaks) when the cosmetic composition is pulled at a speed (in the direction of gravity) of 1200 mm/min. Specifically, the tow length can be measured by the following method.
(measuring method of tow length (mm))
Step 1: a container A (inner diameter 30mm, volume 10 mL) was prepared, and a sample of the cosmetic composition was filled to the same height as the rim of the container A.
Step 2: a disc-shaped pressure-sensitive shaft (diameter 20 mm) made of stainless steel was attached to the viscoelasticity measuring apparatus, and the container a filled with the subject prepared in the above step 1 was placed on the measurement stage of the viscoelasticity measuring apparatus, and the lower surface of the pressure-sensitive shaft was brought into contact with the liquid surface of the subject.
Step 3: the container a filled with the subject was lowered at a speed of 1200 mm/min to pull the subject apart, and the drag length (maximum length of the subject stretched by the pressure-sensitive shaft) (mm) generated between the subject and the pressure-sensitive shaft at this time was measured as the "drag length (mm)".
The hairline length of the cosmetic composition is preferably 12mm or more, more preferably 13mm or more, and further preferably 14mm or more, from the viewpoint of further improving the adhesiveness and suppressing the intermediate floating of the mask at the time of application. The upper limit of the tow length of the cosmetic composition is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of production efficiency and the like, it is preferably 30mm or less, more preferably 25mm or less, and still more preferably 22mm or less.
The strand length of the cosmetic composition is, for example, preferably 12mm to 30mm, more preferably 13mm to 25mm, and still more preferably 14mm to 22mm.
In the present specification, the floating in the middle refers to a case where the edge of the mask is stuck to the skin, but a portion distant from the edge is peeled off from the skin.
The constituent components of the cosmetic composition are not particularly limited as long as they have the drawn yarn length described above. For example, various cosmetic ingredients usually mixed with a skin cosmetic composition, such as water, a humectant, a thickener, an oily ingredient, a surfactant, a pH adjuster, a chelating agent, a preservative, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, a pigment, and a perfume, can be appropriately mixed.
The content of water is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, 0 to 99% by weight, 1 to 95% by weight, 10 to 90% by weight, or 50 to 90% by weight, based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition. That is, the cosmetic composition may or may not contain water depending on the composition of the mixture.

The cosmetic composition can be produced by mixing the respective components according to a conventional method.
The strand length of the cosmetic composition can be adjusted to the above range by adjusting the viscosity of the cosmetic composition and the kind and content of the mixed components. In general, the hairline length of a cosmetic composition tends to increase as the viscosity of the cosmetic composition increases, but the hairline length is affected by the characteristics and dispersion state of the components to be mixed, and in the case of an emulsion system, the hairline length is also affected by the emulsion particle size, the structure of each of the oil phase and the water phase, and the like.
The viscosity of the cosmetic composition at about 25 ℃ (25 ± 3 ℃) is not particularly limited as long as a desired drawn yarn length can be easily obtained within a range not impairing the effects of the present invention. The upper limit of the viscosity of the cosmetic composition at about 25 ℃ (25 ± 3 ℃) is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, 10000mPa · s or less in view of impregnation into the mask. The lower limit of the viscosity of the cosmetic liquid is not particularly limited, and may be a low viscosity (a viscosity lower than the minimum viscosity measurable by a B-type viscometer) which cannot be measured in a range in which an appropriate drawn yarn length (for example, a drawn yarn length when drawn at a speed of 1200 mm/min is 10mm or more) in the present invention can be obtained.
The pH of the cosmetic composition is appropriately set according to the kind and content of the mixed components, the use, and the like, and is not limited as long as it is within a physiologically or pharmaceutically acceptable range, and may be, for example, pH2 to 10. The pH of the cosmetic composition may be preferably 3 to 8, more preferably weakly acidic, and specifically preferably 3.5 or more and less than 7, more preferably 4 or more and less than 7, and still more preferably 4.5 to 6.9.
The structure of the cosmetic-liquid impregnated mask of the present embodiment will be described below.
< mask >
A cosmetic liquid impregnated mask 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1.
The cosmetic liquid impregnated mask pack 1 is mainly composed of the cosmetic composition of the above embodiment and a sheet-like base material 20 for mask pack impregnated with the cosmetic composition. The sheet-like base material 20 is composed of a sheet-like base material having a weight per unit area of 30g/m 2 ~100g/m 2 One piece of nonwoven fabric is provided in the region, mainly including eye opening portions 21r and 21l, a nose cut portion 12, a mouth opening portion 13, top portions 14r and 14l, temple portions 15r and 15l, ear proximal portions 16r and 16l, cheek portions (mandibular corner portions) 27r and 27l, and jaw portions 28r and 28l.
The eye opening portions 21r, 21l are substantially oblong holes that are located at positions corresponding to the eyes of the user and are opened along the outer peripheries of the eyes of the user. The substantially oval shape is formed by 4 curves of the outer sides 21r1, 21l1, the upper sides 21r2, 21l2, the inner sides 21r3, 21l3, and the lower sides 21r4, 21l4, respectively. As shown in fig. 1, the outer sides 21r1, 21l1, the upper sides 21r2, 21l2, the inner sides 21r3, 21l3, and the lower sides 21r4, 21l4 are each formed of a partial circle having an arbitrary radius and are connected. In application, the eyes are placed inside the generally oblong shape.
The nose cutout portion 12 is located at a position corresponding to the nose of the user, and is constituted by cut lines 12 provided along both side edges and a lower edge of the nose. Both side edges and the lower edge of the cutting line 12 are formed of straight lines, and the two are connected by a partial circle having an arbitrary radius. At the time of application, the user's nose pushes up the cut piece inside the cutting line 12, the nose penetrates through the opening thus formed, and the cut piece is fitted to the nose. By passing the nose through the opening, the user can easily breathe.
The mouth opening portion 13 is positioned at a position corresponding to the mouth of the user, and is a substantially oblong hole opened along the outer periphery of the mouth. The width and height of the mouth opening portion 13 can be arbitrarily determined, and both sides form a partial circle having an arbitrary radius, and the upper and lower sides also form a partial circle having an arbitrary radius. When applied, the mouth of the user is disposed within the mouth opening 13.
The sheet-like base material 20 is symmetrical with respect to a central vertical line Z extending vertically through the center of gravity thereof, and the outer periphery thereof is composed of top portions 14r and 14l, temple portions 15r and 15l, ear proximal portions 16r and 16l, cheek portions 27r and 27l, and jaw portions 28r and 28l in this order from the top. In fig. 1, the boundaries of the respective portions are indicated by broken lines.
As shown in fig. 1, the top portions 14r, 14l are formed of partial circles having arbitrary radii and arbitrary inner angles, the temple portions 15r, 15l are formed of partial circles having arbitrary radii and arbitrary inner angles, and the proximal ear portions 16r, 16l are formed of partial circles having arbitrary radii and arbitrary inner angles.
The cheek portions 27r, 27l are formed of partial circles having a radius of 45mm and having arbitrary inner angles, and are located at least below the nose cut portion 12. The jaws 28r, 28l are formed of partial circles having a radius of 175mm and having arbitrary internal angles. The sheet base material 20 does not have any structure to be hung around the ear of the user. Thus, the cosmetic liquid impregnated mask 1 does not stain the hair of the user, as compared with a cosmetic liquid impregnated mask having a structure of being hung around the ears.
The top portion 14r and the temple portion 15r, the temple portion 15r and the proximal ear 16r, the proximal ear 16r and the chin portion 27r, and the chin portion 27r and the jaw portion 28r are connected in series with each other. The top 14l, temple portion 15l, proximal ear 16l, cheek portion 27l, and jaw portion 28l are similarly interconnected. In addition, the adjacent top portions 14r, 14l and the adjacent jaw portions 28r, 28l are also connected to each other in a continuous manner, and form partial circles having the same center, respectively.
The radius of the jaw portions 28r and 28l is preferably in the range of 170mm to 230mm, and may be 170mm to 200mm, 170mm to 190mm, or 175mm to 180mm.
The radius of the jaw portions 28r and 28l is in the range of 170mm to 230mm, so that the cosmetic liquid impregnated face mask 1 can conform to the contour curve of the jaw and face of the user and can cover the contour of the jaw and face of the user.
The radius R2 of the curve forming the cheek portions 27R, 27l is preferably in the range of 40mm to 60mm, and may be 40mm to 55mm, or 45mm to 50mm.
In the case where the portion covering the chin to the jaw of the user is formed of one curved line, the sheet substrate 10 may not sufficiently cover the chin. However, according to the present embodiment, the chin can be reliably covered by configuring the portion covering the chin-to-chin with at least two curved lines, i.e., the chin portions 27r and 27l and the jaw portions 28r and 28l. The chin of the user in the present invention refers to a portion protruding most outward at the mandibular angle of the mandible.
The chin portions 27r, 27l are provided with slits 19r, 19l extending from the center toward the center of the curve forming the chin portions 27r, 27l, respectively. Between the jaws 28r, 28l, a slit 19c is provided, the slit 19c extending from a connecting portion of the jaws 28r, 28l toward a center of a curve forming the jaws 28r, 28l. The slits 19r, 19l, 19c have a length of 20mm. The length of the slit is not particularly limited, but is preferably in the range of 15mm to 20mm.
The length L from the lowermost portion of the nose cutout portion 12 to the lower edge of the sheet substrate 20, i.e., the lowermost portions of the jaw portions 28r and 28L, is 90mm. The length L is preferably in the range of 80mm to 110mm, more preferably in the range of 85mm to 105mm, and still more preferably in the range of 90mm to 100 mm.
By setting the radius of the jaw portions 28r and 28L to the range of 170mm to 230mm and the length L to the range of 80mm to 110mm, the cosmetic-liquid impregnated face mask 1 can be fitted to and covered with the contours of the jaw and face of the user, and therefore, the amount of air entering between the cosmetic-liquid impregnated face mask 1 and the face of the user is reduced. Therefore, the cosmetic liquid impregnated mask 1 can be attached to the face of the user for a long time, although it does not have a structure to be hung on the ears of the user. The use amount of the nonwoven fabric can be reduced by setting the radius to a range of 170mm to 200 mm. By setting the thickness to the range of 170mm to 190mm, the amount of nonwoven fabric used can be reduced and the production can be facilitated. By setting the thickness to the range of 175mm to 180mm, not only the amount of nonwoven fabric used can be reduced and the production can be facilitated, but also the size of the female face can be standardized and the female face can be matched with the standard female face. By setting the length L in the range of 85mm to 105mm, it is easy for women having a smaller face than men to use. By setting the size to the range of 90mm to 100mm, the female face can be formed in a standard size and fit to a standard female face shape.
Further, the radius (R1) of the portion 28c of the lower edge of the web 20 that intersects the center perpendicular line Z of the web 20 is 175mm. The radius R1 is preferably in the range of 170mm to 230mm, and may be 170mm to 200mm, 170mm to 190mm, or 175mm to 180mm. Further, a portion 18c of the lower edge of the sheet-like base material 20 intersecting the center perpendicular line Z of the sheet-like base material 20 is the lowermost portion of the jaws 28r and 28l, and corresponds to a connecting portion between the jaws 28r and 28l. The jaws 28R and 28l are continuously connected to form a curve with a radius R1. In the case where R1 is less than 170mm, the cosmetic-liquid-impregnated mask 1 cannot correspond to contour curves of the jaw and face, and the user's cheek may be exposed without being covered. If R1 exceeds 230mm, the cosmetic liquid impregnated face mask 1 cannot conform to the contour curve of the jaw and face, and may cover the neck of the user, causing dripping of the impregnating liquid, and soiling the neck and clothing of the user.
The state of applying the cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask 1 to the face will be described with reference to fig. 2.
The cosmetic liquid impregnated mask 1 is placed on the face so that the eye opening portions 21r, 21l, the nose cut portion 12, and the mouth opening portion 13 correspond to the eyes, nose, and mouth, respectively. As shown in fig. 2, when the cosmetic liquid impregnated mask 1 is applied to the user 200, the jaw 28 is applied so as to be folded along the lower jaw of the user 200.
In this case, the top portions 14r and 14l are located at least over a part of the forehead, and the temple portions 15r and 15l are located at least over a part of the temple. The proximal ear portions 16r and 16l extend to positions spaced apart from the ears by a predetermined distance and do not contact the ears. The cheek portion 27 extends to a position beyond the cheek, whereby the cosmetic liquid impregnates at least a part of the mask 1 to cover the cheek. The jaw 28 extends to a position beyond the lower end of the chin rest of the mandible, whereby the cosmetic liquid impregnated mask 1 covers the mandible at least partially. The two end sides cut by the slits 19r, 19l, and 19c can overlap each other. Accordingly, the length and radius of the cheek portions 27r and 27l and/or the jaw portions 28r and 28l are adjusted according to the size of the face of the user, and the cosmetic liquid impregnated mask 1 can be appropriately attached to the cheek and/or the lower jaw of the user.
Further, the top portions 14r, 14l, the temple portions 15r, 15l, the proximal ear portions 16r, 16l, the cheek portions 27r, 27l, and the jaw portions 28r, 28l may not be connected in a continuous manner to each other, but may be connected to each other.
Since the cosmetic-liquid impregnated mask 1 can be formed of one nonwoven fabric, the manufacturing cost can be reduced as compared with a mask formed by sticking two or more nonwoven fabrics and a mask having a large number of members such as a mask having a tab structure (for example, a 3D mask and a tab mask). However, the cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask 1 may be a sheet-like base material having a three-dimensional structure formed by bonding two or more nonwoven fabrics.
The fibers (material) constituting the nonwoven fabric are not particularly limited, and examples thereof include natural fibers and chemical fibers. Examples of natural fibers include plant fibers such as cotton (cotton), pulp, cellulose, and hemp; animal fibers such as wool (wool) and silk (silk). Examples of the chemical fibers include inorganic fibers such as metal fibers; refined fibers such as lyocell (lyocell); regenerated fibers such as rayon and casein fibers; semi-synthetic fibers such as acetate fibers; synthetic fibers such as nylon, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, acrylic, polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyurethane. The fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric may be used alone in 1 kind or in combination of two or more kinds.
The structure of the nonwoven fabric may or may not have a laminate structure, and is not particularly limited as long as a desired effect is imparted. The nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited, and may be a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a spunlace nonwoven fabric, a thermal bond nonwoven fabric, a needle-punched nonwoven fabric, a stitch-bonded (stitch-bonded) nonwoven fabric, or the like. In addition, the surface of the nonwoven fabric may be subjected to an embossing treatment.
The weight per unit area of the nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited, but is preferably 30g/m 2 ~100g/m 2 More preferably 35g/m 2 ~80g/m 2 Preferably in the range of 35g/m 2 ~65g/m 2 May be in the range of 35g/m 2 ~60g/m 2 The range of (1).
Since the cosmetic liquid impregnated mask 1 does not have a structure of being hung around the ear of the user, the hair of the user is not stained compared to the mask impregnated with the cosmetic liquid hung around the ear.
The cosmetic-liquid impregnated face mask 1 of the above embodiment has one or more of the following effects.
(1) Provided is a mask which has excellent adhesion and is less likely to peel off.
(2) Provided is a mask which can be applied so as to cover the chin of a user and which can suppress or prevent the mask from coming into contact with the hair, ears, or neck of the user.
(3) A facial mask which has excellent adhesion and can be used in a state of being attached to the face for a long time by preventing the floating of the mask in the middle of application.
(4) The mask can be produced from a sheet-like base material comprising one flat sheet, and the production process can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.
Next, a 2 nd cosmetic-liquid-impregnated mask sheet 2 and a 2 nd sheet-like base material 50 according to embodiment 2 will be described with reference to fig. 3.
The cosmetic-liquid-impregnated mask 2 is mainly composed of the cosmetic composition of the above embodiment and a sheet-like substrate 50 for mask impregnated with the cosmetic composition. The sheet-like base material 50 is composed of a sheet-like base material having a weight per unit area of 30g/m 2 ~100g/m 2 One nonwoven fabric mainly comprising the eye openings 21r and 21l, a nose-cut portion 52, a mouth-opening portion 13, top portions 14r, 14l, temple portions 15r, 15l, near-ear portions 16r, 16l, cheek portions (mandibular corners) 57r, 57l, and jaw portions 58r, 58l. The sheet-like base material 50 has a shape symmetrical with respect to a central vertical line Z extending vertically through the center of gravity thereof. In fig. 3, the boundaries of the portions are indicated by broken lines. The configuration of the nose cut portion 52, the cheek portions 57r, 57l, and the jaw portions 58r, 58l of the 2 nd web is different from that of the 1 st embodiment. Hereinafter, these are mainly described, and the same components as those of embodiment 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
The nose cutout portion 52 forms a nose opening portion provided at a position corresponding to the nose of the user, and is constituted by cut lines 52 provided along both side edges and a lower edge of the nose. At any position in the up-down direction of the nose cutout portion 52, the width of the nose cutout portion 52 is larger than the width of the nose cutout portion 12 of embodiment 1. Both side edges and the lower edge of the cutting line 52 are formed by straight lines, and the two are connected by a partial circle having an arbitrary radius. At the time of application, the user's nose pushes the cut piece inside the cutting line 52, the nose penetrates the opening thus formed, and the cut piece is fitted to the nose. By passing the nose through the opening, the user can easily breathe.
The cheek portions 57r, 57l are formed of partial circles having a radius of 45mm and having arbitrary inner angles, and are located at least below the nose cut-out portion 52. The jaws 58r, 58l are formed of partial circles having a radius of 170mm and having arbitrary internal angles. In fig. 3, the radius (R1) of the portion 28c (58 c) of the lower edge of the web 50 that intersects the center perpendicular line Z of the web 50 is 170mm. The proximal ear 16r and the cheek 57r, and the cheek 57r and the jaw 58r are connected in a continuous manner with each other. The proximal ear 16l, cheek 57l, and jaw 58l are similarly interconnected. Further, adjacent jaws 58r, 58l are also connected to each other in a continuous manner, and each form a partial circle having the same center. Preferred ranges of the cheek portions 57r, 57l and the jaw portions 58r, 58l are the same as those of embodiment 1. This provides the same effects as those of embodiment 1.
The sheet base material 50 does not have any structure to be hung around the ear of the user. Thus, the cosmetic-solution-impregnated face mask 2 does not stain the hair of the user, as compared with a cosmetic-solution-impregnated face mask having a structure of being hung around the ears.
The material of the sheet-like base material 20 and the state of applying the cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask 1 to the face are the same as those of embodiment 1, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
According to the present embodiment, the same effects as those of embodiment 1 are obtained.
Next, a 3 rd cosmetic-liquid-impregnated mask pack 3 and a 3 rd sheet-like base material 60 according to embodiment 3 will be described with reference to fig. 4.
The cosmetic liquid impregnated mask 3 is mainly composed of the cosmetic composition of the above embodiment and a sheet-like base material 60 for mask impregnated with the cosmetic composition. The sheet-like base material 60 is composed of a sheet-like base material having a basis weight of 30g/m 2 ~100g/m 2 One nonwoven fabric is mainly provided in the region of the eye-cut portions 61r and 61l, the nose-cut portion 62, the mouth-opening portion 13, the top portions 14r and 14l, the temple portions 15r and 15l, the ear-proximal portions 16r and 16l, the cheek portions (mandibular corner portions) 67r and 67l, and the jaw portions 68r and 68l. The web 60 is symmetrical with respect to a center vertical line Z extending vertically through the center of gravity thereof. In fig. 4, the boundaries of the portions are indicated by broken lines. The eye-cut portions 61r, 61l, the nose-cut portion 62, the chin portions 67r, 67l, and the jaw portions 68r, 68l of the 2 nd sheet substrate are different in form from those of the embodiment 1. Hereinafter, these are mainly described, and the same components as those of embodiment 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
The eye incision portions 61r and 61l are located at positions corresponding to the eyes of the user, and are formed by cutting lines 61r and 61l provided along the upper edge of the eyelids of the user, thereby forming eyelid portions covering the eyelids. The cutting lines 61r and 61l are formed by four curved lines of outer sides 61r1 and 61l1, upper sides 61r2 and 61l2, inner upper sides 61r3 and 61l3, and inner lower sides 61r4 and 61l4, respectively. As shown in fig. 4, the outer sides 61r1, 61l1, the upper sides 61r2, 61l2, the inner upper sides 61r3, 61l3, and the inner lower sides 61r4, 61l4 are each formed of a partial circle having an arbitrary radius, and are connected respectively. When applied, the slices on the inner side of the cutting line are attached to the eyelids.
The nose cutout portion 62 is located at a position corresponding to the nose of the user, and is formed by cut lines 62 provided along both side edges and a lower edge of the nose. At any position in the up-down direction of the nose cutout portion 62, the width of the nose cutout portion 62 is larger than the width of the nose cutout portion 12 of embodiment 1. Further, the width of the nose cutout portion 62 is smaller than the width of the nose cutout portion 52 of embodiment 2 at the upper end of the nose cutout portion 62 and larger than the width of the nose cutout portion 52 of embodiment 2 at the lower end (lower edge) of the nose cutout portion 62 in the up-down direction. Both side edges and the lower edge of the cutting line 62 are formed of straight lines, and the two are connected by a partial circle having an arbitrary radius. At the time of application, the user's nose pushes the cut piece inside the cutting line 62, the nose penetrates the opening thus formed, and the cut piece is fitted to the nose. By passing the nose through the opening, the user can easily breathe.
The cheek portions 67r, 67l are formed of partial circles having a radius of 45mm and having arbitrary inner angles, and are located at least below the nose cut portion 62. The jaws 68r, 68l are formed by partial circles having a radius of 230mm and having arbitrary internal angles. In fig. 4, the radius (R1) of the portion 28c (68 c) of the lower edge of the web 60 that intersects the center perpendicular line Z of the web 60 is 230mm. The proximal ear 16r and the cheek 67r, and the cheek 67r and the jaw 68r are connected in series with each other. The proximal ear 16l, cheek 67l and jaw 68l are similarly interconnected. In addition, the adjacent jaw portions 68r, 68l are also connected to each other in a continuous manner, and respectively form partial circles having the same center. Preferred ranges of the cheek portions 67r, 67l and the jaw portions 68r, 68l are the same as those of embodiment 1. This provides the same effects as those of embodiment 1.
The sheet base material 60 does not have any structure to be hung around the ear of the user. Therefore, the cosmetic liquid impregnated mask 3 does not stain the hair of the user, as compared with a cosmetic liquid impregnated mask having a structure of being hung around the ears.
The material of the sheet-like base material 60 and the state of applying the cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask 1 to the face are the same as those of embodiment 1, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
According to the present embodiment, the same effects as those of embodiment 1 are obtained.
The top portions 14r, 14l, the temple portions 15r, 15l, the proximal ear portions 16r, 16l, the cheek portions 27r, 27l, 57r, 57l, 67r, 67l, and the jaw portions 28r, 28l, 58r, 58l, 68r, 68l may not be connected to each other continuously, but may be connected to each other.
In any of the embodiments, the eye opening portions 21r and 21l, the eye cutout portions 61r and 61l, the nose cutout portions 12, 52 and 62, and the mouth opening portion 13 may not be provided.
In any of the embodiments, the slits 19r, 19l, and 19c may not be provided, or only some of the slits 19r, 19l, and 19c may be provided. Further, slits may be provided in addition to the slits 19r, 19l, and 19 c.
In any of the embodiments, the sheet- like base materials 20, 50, and 60 are not particularly limited as long as they can be impregnated with the cosmetic composition. The sheet- like substrates 20, 50, 60 may be formed of a knitted fabric or a woven fabric, instead of a nonwoven fabric, or may be formed of a plurality of fabrics, instead of one fabric. The sheet- like substrates 20, 50, 60 may be a laminate, and examples thereof include a laminate of woven fabrics, a laminate of nonwoven fabrics, and a laminate of woven fabrics and nonwoven fabrics.
In any of the embodiments, the sheet- like base materials 20, 50, and 60 are preferably formed of one flat sheet, from the viewpoint of simple manufacturing processes and low cost. The cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask of the above embodiment is excellent in adhesion even when a sheet-like base material composed of a flat sheet is used, and can suppress peeling and floating at the time of application.
The thickness of the sheet- like base material 20, 50, 60 is not particularly limited as long as the effect of the present invention is not impaired, and may be, for example, 20 μm to 1000 μm, or 50 μm to 600 μm.
In any of the embodiments, commercially available materials can be used for the sheet- like substrates 20, 50, and 60. The commercially available products are not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a product name "RH", a product name "AS" (manufactured by yokuwa kazaki Kaisha), a product name "TCF" (manufactured by shinko chemical industries, ltd.), a product name "cottaoace" (manufactured by yuni jia corporation), a product name "Kuraflex" (manufactured by kola corporation), a product name "Bemliese" (manufactured by asahi chemical company, a product name "Sanmoer \\ (1246912512512550505041245046).
In any of the embodiments, the amount of the cosmetic composition impregnated in the sheet- like base material 20, 50, 60 is preferably 400 to 2000 parts by weight, more preferably 450 to 1600 parts by weight, and still more preferably 1400 to 1600 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the sheet-like base material of the present invention, from the viewpoint of the moisturizing purpose and handling properties of the mask. When the amount of the cosmetic composition impregnated into the sheet-like base material (20, 50, 60) is 400 parts by weight or more based on 100 parts by weight of the sheet-like base material of the present invention, a sufficient moisturizing effect can be obtained. When the amount of the cosmetic composition impregnated in the sheet-like base material (20, 50, 60) is 2000 parts by weight or less based on 100 parts by weight of the sheet-like base material of the present invention, the handling property of the mask pack is excellent.
The impregnation method is not particularly limited and may be appropriately selected according to the purpose, and examples thereof include a method of spraying the cosmetic composition onto the sheet- like base material 20, 50, or 60 in a mist form or a method of impregnating the sheet- like base material 20, 50, or 60 with the cosmetic composition.
After the impregnation, in order to prevent the volatilization of the components in the cosmetic composition, it is preferable to provide the cosmetic liquid impregnation face masks 1, 2, and 3 by packaging them with an aluminum bag or the like having good sealing properties. In addition, the sheet- like base material 20, 50, 60 may be combined with the cosmetic composition to form a set or a gift box, and the sheet- like base material 20, 50, 60 may be impregnated with the cosmetic composition and applied to the skin at the time of use.
In any of the embodiments, the cosmetic-liquid-impregnated face masks (sheet- like substrates 20, 50, 60) 1, 2, 3 cover the entire face of the user, but may be configured to cover at least a part of the face of the user.
In the above embodiment, the cosmetic-liquid impregnated face masks 1, 2, and 3 covering the entire face have been described, but they may be constituted by a plurality of face mask bodies formed separately. For example, the cosmetic liquid impregnated mask may have a structure in which an upper mask body and a lower mask body are formed separately from each other in the vertical direction.
The use of the cosmetic liquid impregnated masks 1, 2, and 3 of the above embodiments is not particularly limited. For example, the compound can be preferably used as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and cosmeceuticals (Japanese: chinese medicinal herbs and external drugs). Specifically, the adhesive is suitably used for skin care, and is used by being applied to the skin for a certain period of time for the purpose of a beauty effect, a moisturizing effect, or the like.
Examples
The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. In the following examples, all experiments were carried out at 25. + -. 3 ℃ unless otherwise specified.
The measurement and evaluation of physical properties of the cosmetic compositions prepared as described below were performed by the methods shown below.
(1) Tow length (mm)
The drawn yarn length (mm) of the cosmetic composition was measured by the method described in the following steps 1 to 3. The measurements were carried out at a temperature of 25. + -. 3 ℃.
Step 1: a container A (inner diameter 30mm, volume 10 mL) was prepared, and a sample of the cosmetic composition was filled to the same height as the rim of the container A.
Step 2: a disk-shaped pressure-sensitive shaft (No. 1 adapter, diameter 20 mm) made of stainless steel was attached to a viscoelasticity measuring apparatus (CR-3000 EX, manufactured by sun electronic), and the container a filled with the specimen prepared in the above step 1 was placed on a measuring table of the viscoelasticity measuring apparatus, and the lower surface of the pressure-sensitive shaft was brought into contact with the liquid surface of the specimen.
Step 3: the "drag length (mm)" is defined as a drag length (mm) generated between the object and the pressure-sensitive axis at this time (maximum length of the object stretched by the pressure-sensitive axis) (mm) measured by lowering the container a filled with the object at a speed of 1200 mm/min to pull the object apart.
(2) Adhesive property
Nonwoven fabrics 1 to 3 were prepared as sheet-like substrates.
Nonwoven Fabric 1 (cellulose-based nonwoven Fabric, basis weight 60 g/m) 2 )
Nonwoven fabric 2 (3-layer structure of rayon/pulp/rayon, weight per unit area 60 g/m) 2 )
Nonwoven fabric 3 (Tencel 100%, basis weight 60 g/m) 2 )
A test piece of 0.05mL of the cosmetic composition was dropped onto the skin on the inner side of the forearm, and each sheet-like base material cut into a size of 10mm × 20mm was placed on the test piece and left to stand. The subject dropped on the skin is immersed in the sheet-like base material. The adhesiveness of the sheet-like base material to the skin in a period of 15 minutes after the subject was allowed to stand after dripping was evaluated based on the following criteria:
a: the area of the attaching part is hardly reduced from the beginning, and the middle part is not floated;
b: slight middle floating gradually occurs, and the area of the joint part is slightly reduced;
c: the floating in the middle was observed from the beginning, and the area of the bonded portion was decreased to observe a dry feeling.
< preparation and evaluation of cosmetic composition (1) >)
The components shown in table 1 were mixed to prepare cosmetic liquids 1 to 5 as cosmetic compositions, and physical properties were measured and evaluated by the methods described above. The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003887192780000191
The ingredients shown in table 1 are as follows:
thickener 1: xanthan gum (NOMCORT Z, manufactured by Nisshin Oillio group Co., ltd.).
From table 1, it was confirmed that the sheet-like base material impregnated with the cosmetic liquids 3 to 5 having a tow length of 10mm or more was excellent in adhesion to the skin. On the other hand, it was confirmed that the sheet-like base material impregnated with the cosmetic liquids 1 and 2 having a tow length of less than 10mm had poor adhesion to the skin.
< preparation and evaluation of cosmetic composition (2) >)
The components shown in table 2 were mixed to prepare cosmetic liquids 6 to 8 as cosmetic compositions, and physical properties were measured and evaluated by the methods described above. In addition, nonwoven fabric 1 was used in the present evaluation. In this evaluation, the viscosity of the cosmetic liquid was also measured.
The viscosity measurement was carried out by means of a B-type viscometer (TVB-25L, manufactured by Toyobo industries Co., ltd.) at a temperature of 25. + -. 3 ℃ under conditions of rotor No.1, 30rpm and 60 seconds.
The results are shown in Table 2. In addition, in table 2, for comparison with cosmetic liquids 6 to 8, the composition and the results of cosmetic liquid 4 shown in table 1 are also shown. The viscosity of the cosmetic liquid 7 was low and could not be measured.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0003887192780000201
The ingredients shown in table 2 are as follows:
thickener 1: xanthan gum (nomport Z, manufactured by riqing orlistat group co);
thickener 2: highly polymerized polyethylene glycol (Polyox WSR N60K, product of dow chemical japan);
thickener 3: hydroxyethyl cellulose (Natrosol 250HHR, manufactured by Nippon Kaishland).
From table 2, it was also confirmed that the sheet-like base material impregnated with the cosmetic liquids 4, 6 and 8 having a tow length of 10mm or more was excellent in the adhesion to the skin. On the other hand, it was confirmed that the sheet-like base material impregnated with the cosmetic liquid 7 having a tow length of less than 10mm had poor adhesion to the skin. In this evaluation, it was also confirmed that the adhesiveness tended to be improved depending on the length of the drawn yarn.
Further, from the comparison of cosmetic liquids 4 and 6 to 8, no correlation was observed between the viscosity and the adhesiveness. Further, it is found that the drawn yarn length cannot be controlled by only the viscosity.
Further, from the comparison of the cosmetic liquids 1 to 8, it was confirmed that there was also a correlation between the length of the drawn yarn and the adhesion when different types of thickeners were used.
< preparation of cosmetic liquid-impregnated mask >
The sheet-like base material for facial mask 20 shown in fig. 1 was impregnated with 1500 parts by weight of cosmetic liquids 2, 3 and 4 as cosmetic compositions to prepare cosmetic-liquid-impregnated facial masks E1, E2 and E3.
A cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask C1 was produced in the same manner as described above except that the cosmetic liquid 4 was used as a cosmetic composition and the comparative sheet-like base material 30 shown in fig. 5 was used.
A cosmetic liquid impregnated face mask C2 was prepared in the same manner as described above except that the cosmetic liquid 4 was used as a cosmetic composition and the comparative sheet-like base material 40 shown in fig. 7 was used.
The comparative sheet base material 30 shown in fig. 5 and the comparative sheet base material 40 shown in fig. 7 correspond to the conventional example. In fig. 5 and 7, the same components as those of embodiment 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals. The comparative sheet base material 30 is different from the embodiment 1 in the form of the jaws 38r, 38l and in the absence of the chin. The morphology of the chin portion 47r, 47l and the jaw portion 48r, 48l of the comparative sheet substrate 40 is different from that of embodiment 1.
The structures of the cosmetic composition and the sheet-like base material used for each cosmetic liquid-impregnated mask are shown in table 3. In table 3, R1 corresponds to the radius of the curve of the portion (28 c, 38c, 48 c) intersecting the central perpendicular line of the sheet-like base (28R and 28L, 38R and 38L, 48R and 48L, respectively), L corresponds to the length from the nasal incision to the lower edge of the sheet-like base, i.e., the length from the lowermost portion of the nasal notch portion 12 to the lowermost portions (28 c, 38c, 48 c) of the jaw portions 28R and 28L, and R2 corresponds to the radius of the curve of the cheek portions (27R and 27L, 47R and 47L, respectively).

< evaluation of mask shape >
Each of the cosmetic liquid impregnated facial masks prepared above was attached so as to cover the face of the user to the submaxillary side.
Fig. 2, 6 and 8 are schematic views showing the state of applying the cosmetic liquid impregnated face masks E3, C1 and C2, respectively.
As shown in fig. 2, the cosmetic liquid-impregnated face mask using the sheet-shaped substrate 20 shown in fig. 1 having a radius R1 in the range of 170mm to 230mm can correspond to the contour curve of the user's chin and face and cover the user's submandibular and chin portions.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 6, the cosmetic liquid-impregnated mask sheet using the comparative sheet-like base material 30 shown in fig. 5 having a radius R1 of less than 170mm cannot cover the cheek portion (the portion surrounded by the two-dot chain line in fig. 6).
As shown in fig. 8, in the case of the cosmetic liquid impregnated mask pack using the comparative sheet-like base material 40 shown in fig. 7 having the radius R1 exceeding 230mm, the lower end of the mask pack reached the neck of the user (the portion surrounded by the two-dot chain line in fig. 8). The covering of the neck of the user is not preferable because the mask is likely to be peeled off during application and may cause contamination of clothes.
< evaluation of adhesion >
The facial mask attachment properties of the cosmetic liquid-impregnated facial masks E1, E2, and E3 were evaluated by the following methods. The results are shown in Table 4.
(mask-attaching Property)
Each of the obtained cosmetic liquid-impregnated face masks was attached so as to cover the face of the user to the submandibular side, left to stand for 15 minutes, and the adhesiveness of the face mask after 15 minutes was observed and evaluated based on the following criteria:
a: at the time after 15 minutes, the mask was not peeled off, no intermediate floating occurred, and the bonded state was maintained;
b: at a time after 15 minutes, the mask did not peel, but more than one intermediate floating occurred;
c: at a point after 15 minutes, the mask peeled off.
TABLE 4
Figure BDA0003887192780000221
As can be confirmed from table 4, the cosmetic liquid impregnated masks E2 and E3 impregnated with the cosmetic liquids 3 and 4 having a tow length of 10mm or more are excellent in adhesion to the skin and can suppress peeling. On the other hand, the cosmetic liquid-impregnated mask E1 impregnated with the cosmetic liquid 2 having a tow length of less than 10mm had insufficient adhesion to the skin, and peeling of the underbite was observed.
The preferred embodiments and examples of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments and examples. Addition, omission, replacement, and other changes in the technical features may be made within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, the shape and physical properties of the facial mask may vary between a state before being impregnated with the cosmetic composition (dry) and a state after being impregnated with the cosmetic composition (wet), but the shape and physical properties of the facial mask are included in the scope of the present invention as long as the shape and physical properties of the facial mask are included in the ranges shown in the above embodiments, regardless of whether the facial mask is in a dry state, a wet state, or a facial mask obtained by drying a facial mask in a wet state.
In addition, for example, depending on the material of the sheet-like base material constituting the face mask and the type of the weave, physical properties such as the stretch ratio after the impregnation of the cosmetic composition may be affected, but the face mask obtained by drying the face mask in a dry state, a wet state or a wet state is included in the scope of the present invention as long as the face mask is included in the ranges shown in the above embodiments.
The scope of the present invention is not limited to the above description, and can be modified as appropriate in addition to the above examples without departing from the spirit of the present invention. All documents and publications described in the present specification are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety, regardless of their purpose.
