本発明は所定の化粧料を不織布シートまたは紙でなる吸水性の高いシート材に含浸し、顔面全体もしくは目もと，口もと、更には首筋に密着させて使用するフェイスシート化粧品に関し、特に顔面からの脱落を防止して密着性を高めた化粧品に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から化粧料又は美容料を含浸したフェイスシート化粧品を用いて、顔面全体もしくは目もと，口もと，首筋の肌の手入れを行う商品が市販されており、肌への湿潤作用を得るために吸水性を有するシート材に化粧料を充分に含有した製品が提供されている。このようなフェイスシート化粧品として、所定の形状に打抜かれた不織布シートまたは紙でなる吸水性の高いシート材に化粧料を含浸し、包装体内に積層して密封するか、一つの包装体内に化粧料を含浸したシート材を１枚だけ封入した１回分の使い切りタイプのパック型化粧品が一般に提供されている。

利用者は積層された複数枚のシート材を１枚ずつ剥離して使用するか、１回分の使い切りタイプのパック型化粧品から１枚のシート材を取り出して利用に供している。不織布シートとしては化学合成繊維もしくは化学合成繊維＋天然繊維が用いられ、不織布シートの坪量は２５ｇ／ｍ^２〜１２０ｇ／ｍ^２となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のフェイスシート化粧品は、使用中にシート材が顔面から剥離しないようにするため、シート材に含浸する化粧液の成分中に予め顔面への吸着，接着効果のある薬剤を混入するか、シート材を構成する素材中又は該シート材の表面に顔面への吸着及び接着効果のある素材を混入もしくは塗布して対処している。しかしながらフェイスシート化粧品を顔面に貼り付けた後に、シート材の吸着，接着作用が低下して該シート材が顔面から剥離して落下するケースが多いという課題がある。

また、顔面とともに首筋にも密着させて使用するタイプのフェイスシート化粧品の場合は、型抜きするシート材の寸法が大きくなって特に落下しやすく、利用者が使用中に会話をしたり、顔又は身体を動かしたりするとシート材が首筋に密着しないという事態が生じる。

そこで本発明は上記の問題点を解決して、利用者がフェイスシート化粧品を顔面に貼り付けた後に会話をしたり顔又は身体を動かしてもシート材が顔面から剥離することがなく、更に顔面とともに首筋にも密着させて使用する大きなタイプのフェイスシート化粧品の密着性を高めることができるフェイスシート化粧品を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記目的を達成するために、吸水性を有するシート材を所定のフェイスシート形状に打抜き成形してから化粧料を含浸して作製するフェイスシート化粧品において、フェイスシートの下側部に、利用者の顎部を被覆する延長片と該延長片に連接して利用者の首筋を被覆するカバーシートを一体に成形し、フェイスシートの左右両側に略半円形の耳掛け片を一体に成形するとともに、カバーシートの左右両端部近傍に耳掛け用の切込部を設けたことを基本手段としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面に基づいて本発明にかかるフェイスシート化粧品の各種実施形態を説明する。本発明では吸水性を有するシート材でなるフェイスシートに化粧料を含浸して作製するフェイスシート化粧品における該フェイスシートの左右両側に、略半円形の耳掛け片を一体に成形したことを基本手段としている。

図１は本発明によるフェイスシート化粧品の第１実施例を示しており、１は吸水性を有する不織布等の化学合成繊維又は化学合成繊維＋天然繊維を型抜きしてシート材として用いたフェイスシートであり、このフェイスシート１には目もと用の孔部２，２と鼻用の切込部３及び口もと用の孔部４が設けられている。フェイスシート１には予め所定の化粧料及び美容液が含浸されている。フェイスシート１の素材として前記化学合成繊維又は化学合成繊維＋天然繊維に代えて吸水性を有する紙を用いてもよい。
