Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a face mask combined with a sanitary mask.
  • Hygiene masks have long been widely used to prevent hay fever and prevent colds. Recently, the use of hygiene masks has become indispensable as one of the preventive measures against infection with the new coronavirus.
  • a symptom called “roughness” has become a problem. This "rough mask” causes the humidity to increase due to the accumulation of exhaled air inside the mask, and the keratin on the surface of the skin becomes soggy, and when the mask is removed, even the water that should be stored evaporates. This is due to the dryness of the skin. If this happens, the barrier function of the skin will be lost, and it will be easily affected by ultraviolet rays, pollen, bacteria, etc., which will be a major cause of skin troubles.

Description

Face mask with hygiene mask
The present invention relates to a face mask combined with a sanitary mask.
Hygiene masks have long been widely used to prevent hay fever and prevent colds. Recently, the use of hygiene masks has become indispensable as one of the preventive measures against infection with the new coronavirus.
However, if you continue to wear a hygiene mask, the part that covers your face, especially the cheeks, will come into contact with and rub (rub) the hygiene mask for a long time, and the skin will lose moisture and become dry skin. A symptom called "roughness" has become a problem. This "rough mask" causes the humidity to increase due to the accumulation of exhaled air inside the mask, and the keratin on the surface of the skin becomes soggy, and when the mask is removed, even the water that should be stored evaporates. This is due to the dryness of the skin. If this happens, the barrier function of the skin will be lost, and it will be easily affected by ultraviolet rays, pollen, bacteria, etc., which will be a major cause of skin troubles.
It is known to use a cosmetic face mask as a measure against dry skin, and various cosmetic face masks have been proposed (for example, Patent Documents 1, 2 and the like). Moisturizing the skin is important for solving skin problems caused by "rough mask", so the use of cosmetic face masks is one of the effective means.
However, considering the frequency of wearing the sanitary mask, it is necessary to increase the frequency of use of the cosmetic face mask, but it is difficult to perform daily activities such as walking and talking with the cosmetic face mask attached to the face. Therefore, it is difficult to secure the time for using the cosmetic face mask, and as a result, there is a problem that the frequency of using the cosmetic face mask cannot be increased.
Under such circumstances, there is a demand for a simple countermeasure method that can eliminate "mask roughness" caused by wearing a sanitary mask.

More specifically, for the longitudinal and lateral tensile elongation of the nonwoven fabric (A), three rectangular test pieces having a size of 50 mm × 150 mm are cut out from the nonwoven fabric (A), and the test pieces have an initial length using a tensile tester. (Length of test piece) Set to 100 mm, measure the elongation when the test piece is cut at a tensile speed of 300 mm / min, and obtain the tensile elongation (ratio of the stretched length to the original length). The average value of the tensile elongations of the three test pieces is taken as the tensile elongation of the nonwoven fabric (A), and means the value when the longitudinal and lateral tensile elongations of the nonwoven fabric (A) are obtained.
The value of the ratio (horizontal tensile elongation / longitudinal tensile elongation) between the lateral tensile elongation and the longitudinal tensile elongation of the nonwoven fabric (A) is the cheek and face line of the human face.
As shown in Table 1, the combined face mask C impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D has improved moisturizing property due to the occlusal effect even 10 minutes after the wearing of the combined face mask C by wearing the mask A together (A + C). It was clarified that this high moisturizing property was maintained even after 30 minutes and 60 minutes thereafter.
By wearing the combined face mask C impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D in combination with the mask A (A + C), this high moisturizing property is maintained even after the evaluation test is completed (60 minutes or later). It was confirmed that.
On the other hand, even if the face mask B impregnated with the cosmetic solution D is attached together with the mask A (A + B), only the face mask B impregnated with the cosmetic solution D is (B) 10 minutes after the attachment. It was clarified that there was no difference in the moisturizing property, and that the moisturizing property was lowered even after 30 minutes and 60 minutes after that, as in the case of the face mask B impregnated with the cosmetic solution D only (B). That is, it was confirmed that the face mask B impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D did not show the combined effect of the mask A in terms of moisturizing property.
Further, the combined type face mask C impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D is compared with the combined type face mask C alone (C) impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D by wearing the mask A in combination (A + C). Since it is excellent in moisturizing property 10 minutes after mounting, it was confirmed that the effect of improving the moisturizing property can be obtained immediately.
From the above results, it is clear that the face mask combined with the hygiene mask of the present invention has an immediate effect of improving the moisturizing property and the moisturizing effect is maintained for a long time when used in combination with the hygiene mask. It became.
Considering that the combined effect of mask A is not recognized in the face mask B that imitates the conventional face mask, the immediate moisturizing property by the combined use of the sanitary mask combined type face mask and the sanitary mask of the present invention is achieved. The improving effect and the effect of maintaining the moisturizing property for a long period of time are remarkable effects.

As shown in Table 2, the combined face mask C impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D is attached in combination with the mask A (A + C) at any of 10 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes after the attachment. However, it was clarified that the drying of the non-woven fabric portion of the face mask that comes into contact with the skin when worn was suppressed extremely well.
On the other hand, even if the face mask B impregnated with the cosmetic solution D is attached together with the mask A (A + B), only the face mask B impregnated with the cosmetic solution D is (B) 10 minutes after the attachment. It was clarified that the drying proceeded to the same extent, and after 30 minutes and 60 minutes thereafter, the drying proceeded as in the case of the face mask B impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D only (B). That is, it was confirmed that the face mask B impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D did not show the combined effect of the mask A even in terms of dryness.
Further, the combined type face mask C impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D is compared with the combined type face mask C alone (C) impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D by wearing the mask A in combination (A + C). However, it was clarified that the drying of the non-woven part of the face mask that touches the skin at the time of wearing was greatly suppressed from 10 minutes to 60 minutes after wearing.
From the above results, in the face mask combined with the sanitary mask of the present invention, the drying of the non-woven fabric portion of the face mask that comes into contact with the skin at the time of wearing is suppressed extremely well for a long time from the time of wearing. It was confirmed that.
Considering that the combined effect of mask A is not recognized in the face mask B imitating the conventional face mask, the effect of suppressing drying for a long time by the combined use of the sanitary mask combined type face mask and the sanitary mask of the present invention is observed. Is considered to be a remarkable effect.
By using the hygiene mask in combination with the face mask of the present invention, there is no discomfort from the appearance, there is no suffocation, and conversation can be performed without problems, and it is possible to use it during normal daily life.
Moreover, in the face mask combined with the hygiene mask of the present invention, the non-woven fabric is impregnated with moisturizing cosmetics, and by using the hygiene mask together, the "mask roughness" caused by wearing the hygiene mask can be quickly eliminated by the occlusion effect. It can be improved and is very useful.
